This house has everything you could possibly need. Breathtaking sunrise! We hosted our 3 adult children and their significant others. What a fabulous stay! Thank you, we will always remember this weekend. What an excellent relaxing location.

The property and cabin were excellent and my family and I had a wonderful time hiking and just decompressing. Will definitely visit this cabin again. Property management was also great. Though we didn’t use them or needed anything we felt that that left everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing

We always stay at Bretton Woods and we would never plan our stay without using Bretton Woods Vacations. We have had never had a bad experience, the staff is always accommodating and available if we ever need anything. We have been staying with them for 7 years. Highly recommended! Oh and you can’t beat the views

Another great memory making stay! Second year staying at a Bretton Woods Vacations property, another excellent experience. Stayed with friends. The proximity to bretton woods and the hotel is really convenient. The house was beautiful/comfortable/clean, couldn’t ask for more.

We had a phenomenal stay! The house is beautiful and the views stunning. We went up on a Sunday evening for the eclipse with two other families. The house had 3 full baths and one 1/2 bath that came in handy. The customer service was great and the house is off 93 so it was very easy to go to. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. There are lots of cool hikes in the area that we would have explored if we had more time. We did extend out trip one day to avoid the eclipse traffic home and the owners were very accommodating and gave us a great rate. I highly recommend this house for a family getaway.

My recent stay at Bretton Woods, New Hampshire condo MM1 was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a truly memorable experience for our family.

This was our 4th stay at MM1 and the condo itself always exceeds our expectations. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the comforts of home, MM1 provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the stunning natural beauty of the White Mountains. The spacious layout allowed our group to relax and unwind together by the 2 story fireplace, while still offering plenty of privacy when needed and a finished basement equipped with a gas fireplace, tv, ping pong table and pool table for the kids to enjoy hours of fun and laughs.

One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the 180 degree breathtaking views of Mount Washington. (there is not one home in sight in front of you. Waking up each morning to panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains was simply breathtaking, and watching the sunset from the comfort of the cozy living room was a truly magical experience.

The location of the condo couldn't have been better. Nestled in the heart of Bretton Woods, we were just minutes away from world-class skiing, hiking trails, and charming local shops and restaurants. Whether we were hitting the slopes or simply taking a leisurely stroll through neighboring towns, everything we needed was right at our fingertips.

Lastly, I must commend the owners for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we booked our stay, they were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our trip was seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly set them apart.

Our stay at Bretton Woods, New Hampshire condo MM1 was nothing short of perfect. From the stunning accommodations to the unparalleled hospitality, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend this condo highly enough and can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay in the White Mountains with my family.

Moose Lodge and cabins was the absolute perfect place for our wedding! We were able to rent the main cabin and the two smaller cabins on the property for 4 nights for a price comparable to what most couples pay for a one night event. Everything inside all 3 cabins was clean, functional, and well kept. The grounds were stunning, and Bretton Woods Vacations staff were responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We were able to have complete flexibility with our wedding, which helped make it EXACTLY what we wanted - a “fancy” backyard party with nothing but a beautiful view and good vibes. All of our guests had great things to say about the property, and everyone loved taking photos along the river. It was perfect! To top things too, we even got to see a moose every day we were there!

We have had such an amazing experience. The Bretton Woods Vacation Family was very attentive and answered any questions we had. Such a wonderful, spacious home. A great location for our friends reunion. Amazing view of Bretton Woods Ski Area. Cannot wait to come back next year!

Awesome place to stau in New Hampshire! Convenient to everything we wanted to do in Franconia Notch State Park. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having laundry on site. Some of our clothes got so dirty while hiking! We would definitely return. We even saw a baby bear in the yard on our last morning.

Everything was as good as promised and in some cases even better than we imagined. The location was excellent. The home was spacious and well kept up. The grandchildren loved the loft level with the games and pool table. We really had everything we needed. We loved being close to Mt. Washington Hotel and Bretton Woods Ski resort. All of our questions were answered immediately bu the team. We are definitely thinking of making this an annual family tradition!

Wonderful 2 bedroom condo within walking distance of Bretton Woods skiing. Immaculate condition. Completed stocked kitchen. Wonderful working fireplace with wood. We will stay here again (for sure) on our next ski trip. Very reasonably priced for what you get!

We had a 3 night stay that exceeded all expectations. Clean, quiet, private, gorgeous property. It was impossible to leave. Also, the location is absolutely perfect for hiking and sightseeing. We fell in love with this area!

I should mention that around the corner is the grocery store (across it is a hiking/sports shop). It’s a great location! This is one of our best hiking trips!❤

Outstanding place for trekking in White Mountains. The condo, the number and the quality of appliances and equipments are simply exceptional. An experience we will be remembering for a long time.

We just finished our stay at tiny house 11 at Boulder Mountain tiny homes Bretton Woods. It was an awesome place to stay! Dog friendly which I appreciate. The extra fee is a usual thing staying at a place with dogs. Just make sure if going through Airbnb that you budget for that as it comes extra after booking. The tiny home was fully stocked with anything you need as far as appliances and amenities. It rained most of our stay but everything was fine and it cleared up for partial day hiking and lots of enjoying of the surrounding area. The 20+ page information that they provided was super helpful and I did several of their hikes and tried many of their suggestions which was awesome. I really appreciate every detail they put into the tony house and the nice little fire pit area which we didn't get to use but will if we stay again. I will put this on my list and would definitely recommend to others. A full adult can definitely stay in the loft. The couch is also really comfortable. Great job 👏 and thanks again!

We had a great ski weekend and highly recommend booking a stay with Bretton Woods Vacations. I spoke with the team a few times leading up to our stay and always got the help or answers I needed. The information packet with instructions and directions was very well done. The property was just as expected, very clean and well maintained.

Super clean place, has everything we needed. Communication was A+++ the house is in a very quiet and scenic spot but close to things if you need it.

Great place with good view, well equipped and managed, nice hosts. Highly recommended.

We went skiing at Bretton woods for vacation. Unfortunately, there was a storm and the power went out. The resident neighbor came down to check on us and gave us a flash light. I felt extremely cared for and within no time the power was back on. Cozy, clean in a beautiful remote location. Would recommend it to anyone.
