Fabyan's Station

The model turning around in circles in the ceiling was great. The food was pretty good although, the pretzel had a bit of a weird taste. The loaded fries were generously loaded. Service was pretty nice. No complaint otherwise.

Ate here 2 days to make sure I was right. Had the pulled pork sundae twice, awesome both times. I would drive out of the way to get here. My wife had the half rack of ribs (also excellent). Homemade chips, coleslaw, & biscuit. Bar here too with a nice selection of local micro brews.

Fantastic restaurant in a old train station. They serve the best Smoked Prime Rib ever Saturday. The price is Fantastic at $28 with sides also. There Hot Toddy is amazing, as well as there draft beer selection. It is a must stop when in the Northcountry, if you are skiing, snowmobiling or visiting family.

We were pleasantly surprised. The ribs and pulled pork was melt in your mouth. The bbq sauce is amazing. Definitely a lot of food for the money. Great atmosphere with train on the track above us. A great find... Erick was a great server.

Great time at Fabyan’s last night. Staying at the Omni and decided to venture out for Friday night dinner. Catherine was our server….lucky us. We enjoyed an evening of drinks and chicken wings. Great wings, nice size and juicy. Catherine was attentive with fun personality. Highly recommend a stop at Fabyan’s. You won’t be disappointed.

I love this place. I am always full & satisfied after dining here because of the daily specials and my go-to favorites. Some of my favorites are the pulled pork nachos, the poutine and the Bacon Cheeseburger. Definitely all unhealthy options to reward my appetite after a long hike or a round of golf at the Mount Washington Resort. The beer selection is nice as well. The bar area to the right when you walk in is like a sport pub atmosphere and the dining room to the left is more geared towards families. Enjoy and stop by.

Great Food - reasonable prices. Even the model railroad under the ceiling worked! Friendly staff, speedy service. Looked like they run their own smoker and do their own cooking in it - in any event, the brisket was delicious and plenty, too.

Amazing interior, excellent service, decent drink selection. Super stylish restaurant, that you already feel right after you arrive. The menu matches perfectly with the atmosphere and history of the train station. The bartender Melissa did an extraordinary job, makes the experience even better! Highly recommended place to visit!

The pork sundae is awesome.

Fabyans never disappoints after a hard day of skiing. The bartender Stacey made us feel right at home and made us her favorite caramel martini. The food was on point. Thanks again.

We come here for the smoked prime rib on Saturday nights. It is literally the best prime rib around. Drinks are good as well and we have never had bad service. Highly recommend.

The BBQ platter was excellent and I couldn’t finish it all myself. I did finish the brisket though!

My wife and I had our first visit here a few weeks ago. We'd spent a long day in North Conway and were heading back to our hotel. It was relatively late in the day and we were starving, and because it's the off-season there weren't a lot of places open. So we pulled in here, not expecting anything other than some simple edible food.

We ordered a few drinks and a bunch of appetizers, and were pleasantly surprised to receive some hearty portions of delicious food. Perfectly cooked chicken wings and an enormous platter of nachos were exactly what we needed. Our only regret was that we had no way to take the leftovers back with us.

The place is cozy and the atmosphere is simple and rustic, invoking the charm of the converted historic train station that it is. The staff were attentive and friendly. We have nothing but good things to say about it. Would definitely eat there again should we ever come back that way.

10/10 truly so good! Everything we got was excellent! Not one thing was a disappointment! Nachos, onion rings and even EVERYTHING on the BBQ platter was amazing! Even the cornbread and the biscuit. Oh and the margarita with the house made sour was SO SO GOOD!!! And the service was good! Honestly haven’t had such a lovely experience like this at a restaurant is so so long. Never been so quick to write a review!

We got to see the train when we were there! So awesome and energy efficient! Food was great and the building is beautiful!
