While people have stated issues about paper-thin walls, excessive noise, etc. I can assure you that as a former multiyear tenant at 'Eagles Landing' that has just relocated to a new town this past week (sad to say) for a new job opportunity, the Red Oak Management, specifically both Brittany Moran and Charlene Crehan, take noise complaints very seriously, exceeding my expectations. I have enough praise in fact that I am taking the time to compose this positive review on my way out for providing such a pleasant living environment in my time living there, thank you Brittany and Charlene! I feel as though maybe most people that 'complain' about things such as noise do not attempt to rectify their issues through the proper channels before 'complaining' publicly and giving bad name to a business or specific individuals. The management team at Red Oak has been exceptionally responsive to an ongoing issue I was having, taking it right to level of being a complete non-issue 100%. Sure it may be a little back and forth communicating for a bit but that is to be expected, we as tenants can't expect to make 'one complaint' and have the world stop for us based on our 'first' complaint. Just be diligent with your issues and see them through with specific details and they will be resolved, just like any maintenance issue would be, it's no different. But don't just message and say "Hey my neighbor stinks I don't like them" and expect something to happen, provide specific dates, times, and details. I really don't have any complaints at all about my time at Eagles Landing other than 'other tenants' and the different modes of living we all uniquely have for ourselves. Some people live noisy, some people live quietly, some people live dirty, some people live clean, this is called 'shared living' or 'community living'. If we want just 'our sets of rules' to apply to our lives then we should buy our own homes. Any issues I've ever had while living here were handled very promptly (same day response) and professionally by an attentive staff that WANTS you to be happy, they WANT you to write reviews like this one I'm writing here. Do not be afraid to 'complain' and they will help you, I promise.

Regarding small fees with using the (very convenient) payment app and also the maintenance fee included in the rent... These fees are both clearly laid out verbally and written at the time of signing the lease, so if you don't like it then don't sign the lease. Of course people 'need' a home as quick as possible and feel 'forced' to sign the first lease we can find, but that is not Red Oaks fault nor is it their problem to contend with, that is our problem as the apartment seeking tenants. Red Oak is very transparent with all of the lease details and fees at the time of signing and I never had any issues with any of the details as they were presented to me on the day I signed.

There is a really nice large playground onsite that sits in a big bed of soft (changed yearly) clean woodchips and is weeded every 2 weeks or so with the rest of the landscaping, and it all sits in the middle of a giant grass common area that is perfect for football, wiffle ball, frisbee, chillin, whatever.

Parking was never an issue for me, or anybody really as far as I can see, there are always empty spots speckled throughout the property. There is even a mostly unused extended lot at the far end of the property should you need additional parking for a visitor or two (for the day of course, not permanently). My car has never been damaged here nor have I witnessed any vehicle break-ins nor theft in my many years (yes, in Manchester).

So overall I can say living here was a pleasant experience for me. Of course there was 'some' noise issues but there has been at every complex I've ever lived in. But I have never been so impressed with the resolve of the Management at Eagles Landing and Red Oak Properties, and I mean that sincerely.

In closing, whoever is moving into my old apartment you are welcome :) I took good care of her for you. Happy living everyone!

So far so good! We are new residents here. Tressa helped us find the perfect place. She was timely with responses to our questions and always kept us informed! We've been looking for a place for awhile and it was great to have someone like Tressa help us!

My experience here has been good so far, no major complaints. Brittany is really nice and attentive, she was very welcoming when I moved in. Maintenance does their best to fix maintenance issues.
