Absolutely incredible all around!! Her attention to detail is amazing. Allison made sure I was comfortable and liked my nails through every step of the way. I gave her creative freedom with a few pointers and she absolutely slayed my wedding nails!!

I started going here when she first started in this state. I haven’t looked back. This woman is extremely talented and listens to any and all ideas you may have. She creates a safe and laidback environment every single time. She is extremely clean and is also very clear with what she does and what she has to offer. I have been getting my nails done off and on since I was a teen both here and Long Island and it is well over a year that I have been going here. Her work is truly amazing and she is also an amazing person. You will not be disappointed here!!

The absolute best nail gal in all of NH! It’s not a nail salon, it’s an one on one with a nail artist designing show stopping nail art that will last! Immaculate detail, beautiful designs, and so much bling! Not to mention perfectly shaped nails to add the accessories to. Exceptional service and adorable cats to keep you amused while you get your nails done.

Allison is a true artist. She makes each and every nail experience unique. She is professional while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Her work is unparalleled in NH.

I love Allison. She is a true artist, and so kind. I have a job that is very appearance-based, and I always go to her when I need to look great for events. She does beautiful work. Highly recommend! Keep in mind that she is just one human being, and is appointment-only, and has limited appointments. So be sure to book ahead of time, because she’s special!

Allison is such an amazing artist! She fixed my botched nails for my sister's wedding without hesitation, and ALSO did my sister's nails beautifully for her wedding. She has a true talent and is so kind! I also LOVE that the salon is intimate in nature and the furry felines are an added bonus for me!

Had such a great experience here today! My friend and I had been keeping tabs on Black Swans fb page and the artwork she does and we finally were able to drive the two hours down for nails and it was WORTH IT! She took her time with my nails and was pretty gentle with my highly damaged and thinned out nails from other in and out nail salons. She focused on my nail health over just getting the set done and me out of there. And the set I got made me so happy I'm in love with it and so is my 5 year old 😀. Will definitely be making the trek back down again

Had one manicure from her that was fine. Then we were supposed to have her handle our wedding party/women in the family get together to do a little nail party, spend time together etc. We had been planning this for several weeks with myself buying new colors, her also making suggestions and things, and then the day before this was to happen she decided to cancel on us via facebook messenger, then proceeded to block me so I couldnt reply or ask questions. Beyond unprofessional and ruined a planned event part of our wedding weekend.

Sadly, when I left an honest review of another salon whose receptionist absolutely believed me when I complained the tech was texted all during my manicure (laughing and texting, not a family issue) and told me to tell the owners, the owner of Black Swan felt she should ridicule me because she texts during manicures too. Unprofessional. Move on.

I set up an appointment, and when I reached out to confirm details about possibly my service dog attending with me and inquiring about the ventilation of her salon as I am pregnant, she decided that that was too much information for her to answer and canceled my appointment. Very unprofessional and very unreliable and communication.
