Awesome experience here getting my new iphone 14 pro max. Cash the manager was a super nice guy and actually threw in a free screen protector because I waited so long and had to experience a customer get aggressive and get kicked out of the store. Was quite entertaining so I didn't mind haha. Definitely will be back

The manager met me at the door. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I'm visiting from Florida and dropped my phone in water. Alana, a knowledgeable rep, took great care in explaining my options. I happily walked out with an upgraded phone in a short amount of time. Don't hesitate to visit this location.

Went into this store as with five devices billed to my account I have quite the phone bill. Went in to discuss how to decrease my bill and understand the charges in detail. Spoke with Patrick and he was excellent. Printed a current bill and spent time walking me through it and helped me make changes that would result in lower charges. Everyone seemed very professional however I think it really depends on who you get as a representative as to your experience.... This review was from an experience a few months ago but I just found his card and had always meant to write this review because his attitude and service were excellent. Ask for Patrick if he is still there!

Went in yesterday and was in hopes of having an easy transition.

Christian was the first one up and greeted my mother and I with a smile and eagerness of making sure all of our questions were answers. He is very knowledgeable and has the right attitude in helping people.

Thank you for making the transition from one mobile network to another hassle free.

Tbh the best Verizon store hands down. I had a issue with my flip z3 5g and needed a replacement. Justin the store manager helped me and I was out of there in 15 minutes max. Jordan who is also a store associate/ Verizon tech advisor at this store helped pair my Samsung watch to my cellular plan it took sometime as there was a issue with Samsung but he was super helpful and kind! I couldn't recommend this store enough!

Excellent Customer Service
I went to the store to upgrade my phone last Friday. I was welcomed at the door by sales consultant Mildred Medina. She was knowledgeable with a kind understanding, and a willingness to spend the time to help me navigate the sea of complicated choices. She was extremely patient and explained everything for me. I am not tech-savvy. Milly took her time and transferred all my personal apps and data from my old phone to my new phone. Scott the manager of the store came a few times to say hello and asked how things were going. Overall, I am very happy with the customer service. Keep up the amazing work you do!

Purchased a Samsung galaxy S21+5G to transfer data from my old S5. Jimmy carbon copied everything exactly as the old phone was set..very impressive. The entire staff here is warm, pleasant and very knowledgeable! I travel past 2 other stores for this one. I highly recommend this store hands down! Love my new S21+5G also!!

This is a very busy store. Tonight I was impressed with how friendly everybody was. I needed a new sim card for my daughter's phone and they quickly were able to activate me and get me on my way.

The display area is nice, with plenty of new phones active so you can try them. Verizon's phone selection has improved over the years.

Just bought a new iPhone 8 Plus this morning. The person who helped me was Jesse. He’s extremely knowledgeable and very patient and kind with my numerous questions. Can’t figure out why so many negative reviews for this store at Mercer Mall - everyone was friendly and helpful and I was greeted upon walking in the door. Thank you Jesse!! 😀

Justin and Eric helped me with a new screen protector for a replacement Pixel 2 (that Verizon delivered to my door 17 hours after I called to report my issues with the old one) and a couple of Google Home Max speakers. Knowledgeable, professional, pleasant. Verizon in general has provided excellent customer service in recent years, and folks like Justin and Eric in the retail store extend that same level of service. Excellent experience there.

I have never once had a good experience at this verizon store until I visited today! Today I was helped by Jessie, a lovely employee who answered all of my questions and got me out of the store in under 30 minutes, which anyone who has ever been to this particular store front knows that is almost record time. Thank you Jessie for your excellent customer service and your kindness, this store needs more employees like him!

I needed to get setup with a new device that I purchased from BestBuy. They only sold the phone ... directed me to Verizon in Lawrenceville. That's where I met Patrick. He is excellent. I've had to visit the store twice to obtain info and asked for Patrick. When told someone else could help me ... I allowed that WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. If ever I need anything I ask for Patrick even if it's a five minute conversation. What an asset he is!

I have never had a bad customer experience in the three times I've visited this store. Even on busy Saturday's they still take care of you and listen to what you want. Not pushy on selling stuff you don't want either.

I just would like to say this Verizon Store has always had the phones I wanted unlike others. I bought the Motorola Droid Turbo about 2 weeks ago it took a little getting use to but it has worked without any issues so far. I would like to say Tony I am not sure if you remember me, although you might since you set up my phone for me we have the exact same phone you were amazing in setting it up and an amazing person as well keep up the good work.

Staff was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful and customer service was exceptional. I would definitely book my appointment though next time instead of having to wait outside or in the car.

Ask for Edwin. Two visits great experience. He is never rushed. Very knowledgeable. Kenny is great too. Can’t go wrong if they are helping you!
