Gabriella and her staff made the perfect wedding cake! My husband and I couldn't have been happier. They were great at responding to my questions in a timely fashion, the cake looked exactly like we wanted, and our guests raved about the taste. Best of all, the price was reasonable. For the quality of the cake we got, it felt like a value. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I was in a pinch for a dairy free custom cake for my birthday, and boy did Gabriella’s deliver! The cake was amazing. They did such a great job, and it tasted great too. I couldn't be happier with the STUNNING cake that Gabriella made for my daughter's bridal shower. Everyone was marveling at how beautiful it was and how delicious it tasted! Gabriella offers a wide variety of cake and frosting flavors, and her artistry is breathtaking. Gabriella and her team are not only incredibly talented, but they were also wonderful to work with.

We purchased a small orange cream cake here on a whim and it was exceptional! It is one of the most adorable little cakes we have ever seen, a beautiful turquoise with buttercream so smooth and even we genuinely thought it was fondant.

When we got it home and had a slice we were delighted to find it tasted just as good as it looked. The cake is light as air, the orange filling was bright and tasty and (my favorite part) this is the best buttercream I have EVER had.

Truly a 10/10 cake. Worth going out of your way for.

I worked with Gabriella's Cakes & Co for a 40 person celebration - they were a joy to work with from the get go and totally delivered on what I asked for. The cake was absolutely delicious and beautifully decorated, the macarons were amazing and the cannolis were unbelievable! I will definitely be going back to Gabriella's for my future event needs and can't wait to stop in for a sweet treat soon!

Gabriella was amazing! The cake and cupcakes she delivered for our wedding were even better than the samples! We gave her freedom with the decoration of the cake and it turned out better than we could picture! Our guests raved about the cupcakes all night!

I stopped in today because I'd heard so many good things. I was not disappointed! The macarons were so delicious, and the brownies, canolli, croissant cookie and cupcakes were so flavorful. You can tell they use very good quality ingredients. Also my items were packaged so carefully. This bakery is exactly what the area needed. I also like that they're open after I leave work so I can get something delicious for dessert on my way home. Great place!

Nice selection of items. They were very helpful and packaged up my purchase very nicely. Parking is very easy out front.

We had friends visit us in Vestal from NYC this weekend and when they showed up with these and we would’ve bet money they brought them from the city. Can NOT believe these are from the Binghamton area! 10/10 recommend!!!

A new addition to the neighborhood and a fuel to sweets' lovers. The interior decor is lovely and comfortable. This is my first visit and I fell in love for the desserts and the songs playlist. There are some merchandise like shirts, accessories and candles. It seems (from their Instagram account) that their selection varies according to occasions and holidays.

Gabriella is an amazing baker! My husband and I wanted to use someone local for our wedding cake. We had a 'trial box' that was SO cute, we got to choose a few different types of cakes, fillings and frostings! We picked up our cake on Thursday, because we were going out of town, to our wedding venue that day for our Saturday wedding. We kept the cake in a fridge and it did great and was delicious! Gabriella packaged it for the 2.5 hour ride so it stayed safe. The cake was everything we asked for, we added the few flowers from our florist! Gabriella was the best, and has super reasonable prices!

I don't normally go out of my way to review shops. However, I stopped in this bakery to grab a last minute dessert to treat my coworkers I was working with during the holiday. As much as I wanted to buy everything the second I stepped in the shop, I opted on a beautifully decorated cheesecake. Not only was the presentation 5 stars, It was absolutely devoured by everyone! Not only will I be coming back, but you earned several more customers.

I ordered my daughters smash cake here for her first birthday & I am so in love with how it turned out! She loved every last bite of it, thank you so much for taking my vision of the cake and turning it into a reality! All of the guests were amazed how it turned out! We will definitely be ordering here again & hopefully got some partygoers headed there also! Thank you again Gabriella I wish it would allow me to add a picture!

Gabriella's work is pure talent. I have placed small orders over the past 2 years and recently had a custom cake made. I don't even like cake, but this was divine!! I have never been disappointed by any item she has made. Not only does it all look beautiful, it tastes even better. I would highly recommend her for anything dessert related. Her communication when ordering was also great, and she is such a warm and accommodating person!

This bake shop holds its own up to the ones in nyc - I lived there 15 years and I loved Gabriella’s cakes so much that I got a job w her for a couple months just for the vibe (the staff and the interior design!). She’s a very caring community member and leader. It’s amazing to have her baked goods and sunshine-ie spirit in Binghamton. I am so happy to have returned back to the area to see businesses like this one. Sending love and growth vibes to her and the shop always

I cannot say enough good things about Gabriella and her delicious desserts. Whenever I am in need of a cookie, a cute macaroon, or a cake to celebrate a milestone, I immediately turn to her. Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful. We showed Gabriella a photo we liked and she made it come to life. I would absolutely recommend her for your gourmet dessert needs, big or small! We certainly will be utilizing her skills again in the future.

I’m obsessed with this place, their desserts are phenomenal and reasonably priced as well. I always love stopping in here to get a little treat after completing an assignment or just to treat myself lol. I love everything
