Spectrum Store

New employees!!! I was very pleased with my recent experience, I needed to pick up new equipment for my wifi, as the router/modem I bought just died on me today, took me less that 10 minutes, the young man who helped me was very helpful, so was his associate. I am so happy the spectrum store employees are now up to par with their tech support, who has hallways been wonderful towards me and very helpful with every call I've ever made, internet or phone support.
I am grateful changes were made thank you.

LAST YEAR:
Their phone support is amazing compared to the adult children that were managing this store about 6months ago. I felt so bad for the new guy, who didn't know their codes, that was trying to help me. The 2 mangers were literally chasing eachother around the store, yelling, laughing, throwing french fries at eachother, while I was in there for over 2hr just trying to replace my phone, which the guy had in his hand but the computer wouldn't allow him to sell me and he couldn't figure out why. He stared at the screen and hit enter about 80 times for over an hour, the managers never offered to help before they left for the day. I was already an internet customer (changing addresses/moving also) and already had a cell phone it was a warranty exchange, and I was forced to wait for it to be shipped. And also. The guy helping me in his frustrations forgot to activate my internet service at my new address as well. But nearly 3 hrs in the store for nothing at all, phone support had me handled in under 20 mins. Always just call. Each person speaks actual English and is very friendly... Plus, if they don't know how to do something, they tell you and get u to someone who does. Longest I have ever been on hold is 5mins too. But do not walk into this store. I want to put a sign outside that says "We Want Brita Back!!" Spectrum never should have let Brita go. She was amazing!!!

I went to the spectrum store to talk about how my service had been slow lately and I met the sales associate Shane who was incredibly helpful in getting us a new modem and router and I have to say I really have seen a difference in our internet service since changing our router and modem I was pleased that he didn't try to push us into upgrading service or spending extra money beyond what was necessary so definitely would recommend this place and this associate
