This is the most magical, loving, peaceful and healing place! I couldn't recommend it more. I'm so grateful I was able to experience this retreat. The owners and staff are the most loving people. The grounds are gorgeous and the food is fresh and delicious! My health issues vastly improved while attending and I've gained knowledge that will help me continue to improve while being home. When I need to get back my health back on track, I head to the Body Mind Retreat Center. My husband and I are eternally grateful to this place and their founders as a retreat center where you are held in love, care and kindness as you heal via detoxing and meditation. The grounds are gorgeous, and in and of themselves healing. The homelike feeling enables us to settle into "being". I highly recommend the Body Mind retreat for self-care and detoxing on many levels.
