The wife and I went in today with the intention of purchasing a camper and boy did this place come through! The nice lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and pleasant and got us in touch with a salesperson in a very timely manner. The salesman, Jordan, is one of the most professional people I have ever done business with and is very knowledgeable! I will recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a camper! Mike, the F&I manager was awesome and the sales manager was very friendly and professional. What a great staff! We are so excited to pick up our new camper, and glad we had a place like The Great Outdoors to give our business to. You guys rock!

We recently purchased our first RV from these folks. Deedra was our salesperson and she was great to work with, very down to earth, super knowledgeable and really helped us find the right camper for our family. Joel and their service team are great! They really took the guessing out of it and gave us an extremely detailed tutorial on every nook and cranny of how that camper works. I highly recommend these guys for your family's RV purchase!

We would like to thank Joe Carelli (our amazing salesman) and everyone at the Great Outdoors RV in Auburn, NY that made our experience with buying our camper an excellent one! The knowledge, professionalism, and patience that Joe showed us was remarkable! We had a ton of questions and Joe was able to answer them all. We had gone to the huge camper show the week prior and Joe recognized and acknowledged (first and last) names of people who had bought a camper from him well over a year ago! That was impressive! The finance manager, Mike, was also very personable and helpful also. The indoor showroom at the Auburn location is clean, nicely decorated and welcoming. The people at the Great Outdoors RV store in Auburn have been wonderful! Nick P. was very patient and worked hard to make the deal happen for me. Mike, Zack, and Joel in the service department were very thorough and answered all of my questions. They were very responsive to any potential issues. This is my first RV and I couldn't be happier.

We just bought a new camper at The Great Outdoors RV Superstore in Auburn, NY ! we had an amazing experience from the time we entered the store til the til we left with our camper!! We also worked with Mike Smeader for the purchase, he also was very professional! Even though we were running late to our appointment for pick up Zach in pick up was great as well! My experience with Great Outdoor RV was wonderful once again. I noticed some issues with my camper while getting it ready for the season. I dropped it off without an appointment and left a message with the service department. Joel called me the next morning and got my my RV right in. I had it back in a few days just in time for my first trip.

We didn’t end up purchasing a camper from them purely because there was a specific model we wanted elsewhere, BUT Joe Carelli was really fantastic throughout our entire shopping process. He followed up with us, emailed us different options, and was all around a two thumbs up salesman. And I wasn’t annoyed AT ALL. Keep in mind I am responsible for keeping two young children alive 24/7, so I hate everybody (except for the ex-fetuses of course).

Purchased my first Travel Trailer ever. Mike Buskey made the process supper easy and was readily available to address questions and any concerns I had. Mike also made sure my Unit was available for pickup at the location I preferred on the day I was available.

Huge show room! Answered my text on a holiday weekend to let me know when they would be back open to see the trailer I wanted. Easy process and they made sure we could have the trailer for our trip within 2 weeks. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Thank you!!!

We've been shopping for a camper for a while, hitting up the shows and dealerships and when we met Mike Buskey at The Great Outdoors rv, we were treated courteously and respectfully, answered our questions and explored all our options. It was an excellent experience and reccomend giving Mike and The Great Outdoors a chance when looking for your next camper.

They moved in to where tho old Sears Store was. Much wasted space. I think that they could bring in more campers pertecting them from the elements. I liked what I saw. My camping days are done. But their are a lot of people who can really enjoy themselves out in the woods or by the water. If you are one thain please do come - look & enjoy yourself. You will enjoy yourself.

Mike Buskey did a great job of listening to our needs and desires in a camper then made sure that what he was showing us was on target. He did not sell us a camper he helped us find the camper we wanted to buy.

I was at Watkins Glen camping at the Nascar race, my generator blew up, Kyle had one of their employees drive over the inverter generator that I wanted to buy. Great service, generator power house 3100 will run my rv a/c, coffee maker and toaster all at once. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Jasmine was AMAZING, we are only in town for a week and needed to trouble shoot a lever for our black tank gate value, she was able to locate a solution, call me back with delivery info such that we now have the parts we need in LESS THAN 24 HOURS!!! Thank you Jasmine for your SUPERB CUSTOMER, Professional manner and ability to think on your feet, a talent that is rare these days.!!!!
