This was my first time visiting this location.
Let me just say, it was awesome!
Nice trail walk down to the actual falls. Only took about 5 - 10 min to walk the trail down to the falls.
Overall a great experience, I will definitely be returning for future visits!
I definitely recommend this location to everyone!

Very nice waterfall less than a 2 min walk to see you can even stand on top of the falls

Enjoyed my visit. Using a mobility scooter, it was easy to navigate the trail and loved the viewing platform. There was a gorge trail for the more spry visitors, lol, that provides spectacularly closer views. Pretty shady, so nice on a hot day. Big downhill after the viewing platform, but worth it. The sound of the falls was amazing!! Recommend

Good for a short walk with great views. Most of the trail is a well developed path, but be prepared to climb some stairs to get down onto the river for a much better view. Great place to walk some dogs or keep some kids entertained for a few hours. Just be careful around the river, it's a long way down.

Another beautiful CNY locale! Gorge Trail is very steep so the 2 year old sat that one out, but the whole family loved the top of the falls. Can imagine on warmer days it gets pretty packed but we were lucky!

Nice trail. Little difficult at the top but not bad if you just go slow and watch your step. The trail to the bottom is definitely more for people that are fit. There are sharp drops, uneven steps, and it will make your legs scream if you are not used to it.

Will forever be one of my favorite waterfalls. The trail to the top is very easy with some stairs down, the gorge trail is much more difficult but not necessary to enjoy the beauty and magnificence of the falls.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful places in NY. Steep but easy hike down to the falls. Beautiful scenic overlooks to see the falls. Up and down stream from the falls are some great little pools to cool off in and have a picnic. Don't miss this area if you are driving through the area.

Cool place!! Not much to do other than walk and take cool pictures. I’m looking forward to see this during the summer and the fall.

What a perfect day and time for a visit! If you have never been, I would highly recommend it. The parking was a short and easy walk to the trailhead. The trail is well groomed and easy to walk on. There is a scenic viewing spot fairly immediately upon entering, and then another one not too far away. There's a staircase that leads to the top of the falls. I would be careful in case of slippery leaf material. The top of the falls is wide open and they have a "do not cross" line about 15' from the ledge, as it is 110' high. Aside from that, there is a nice wide open area to check out. We did not do the main trails today, but look forward to it in the future.

The falls are a very short hike from where you park so accessible for just about anyone, but the trails go on for awhile following the river if you just want to stretch the legs. The trails are nice and not over grown, the water is great, and the sites are beautiful!

Be advised, however, as with nature there are things to look out for. Poison ivy is grown up quite a bit on the trail to the gorge and we came across 3 snakes within an hour. Simple garter snakes though that didn't pay us any mind. Definitely recommend all in the area to make a trip out, will be back in the fall for sure!

We have gone to many hiking spots but not only does this place have amazing views, especially in the fall, but exploring this area was great. It was extremely busy by the falls, since the weather was pretty nice & the leaves were changing, but the rest of the trails were empty. It gets pretty muddy this time of year so the trails are harder to get through. I can't wait to go when it's warmer!

It was a short easy walk covered in the shade to see the falls. Be very cautious when walking on the rocks, even if they aren't wet. They can still be very slippery.

Amazing place with amazing views. The hike down to the falls can be a bit scary as it's a little slick but if you just take your time, can make it down with no issues at all.

This waterfall is so untouched and uncommercialized still. You can walk on the flat rocks in the river this time of year and it's just beautiful! The walk through the forest with all the leaves falling and the color was breathtaking. Take your family and dog and enjoy nature untouched!

Amazing falls with many views. Take the gorge trail, it's steep but gets you to the bottom quick for more unique vantage points. Beware of the poison ivy! We visited in early August and it completely lined the gorge trail.

Very educational place to visit. It's nice to see the state of New York making an effort to conserve the salmon species and teaching the community how they do it.
