Tenwood Lodge

It was the perfect place to celebrate my parents’ 50 wedding anniversary with all of our extended family. The house was so clean and big … and welcoming. They provided flowers upon arrival and homemade maple syrup and fresh bread and eggs. The kitchen and pantry was VERY well stocked. Kim, the host, was very attentive to all of our needs and helped make this occasion so special. Plenty of space to hang out and kids to run around. We will definitely stay here again.

Tenwood lodge is an Ithaca local hidden gem. Spent there 3 nights during foliage season and I couldn’t recommend them more. Owners special attention and warmth made us feel like visiting our family.
Lodge is family owned and maintained. House is so nice and clean, the architectural solution is well thought out - from each room there is a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley.
Breakfasts made by Kim was a blast - prepared from local farm produce and fantasy recipes. We can’t forget banana-nut gluten free pancakes flavored with Iim and Russ homemade maple syrup, but there was a lot of other things.
Thank you for all your hospitality and special attitude - we will definitely visit you again.

My wife and I stayed at Tenwood Lodge while visiting our son during parents’ weekend at Cornell, which is just a few minutes away. The house is beautiful, immaculately maintained, and has beautiful views in every direction. Our hosts, Kim and Russ, were extremely friendly, engaging, and eager to talk about the house and the surrounding property, which is filled with a variety of wildlife. The breakfast prepared by Kim at the B&B, featuring maple syrup made by she and Russ, was absolutely delicious.

We adore and love the Tenwood Lodge! Every time we go back to visit our family, we always stay there. Whether renting the entire home or just staying as part of Kim and Russ’s beautiful bed and breakfast, every time is so special and unforgettable. The home offers spacious and beautiful rooms, the kitchen space is incredible and the outside yard space is breath taking. Our favorite moments are the mornings there. Kim makes the most delicious meals (the best pancakes i have ever had!). It truly feels as if we are at home every time we visit. We are very grateful for being able to stay there every single time. Thank you Kim and Russ for your incredible hospitality always. We can’t wait to be back.

Tenwood lodge is a great place to gather with family and friends. The lodge has a beautiful spacious kitchen to cook in and a large table to accommodate many. There are many rooms rooms to comfortably sleep a large group. The grounds are wonderful with a cozy outdoor fire pit.
The hosts are amazing and warmly welcomed us with many amenities - including coffee and home made maple syrup. They were very knowledgeable of the area I highly recommend a stay at Tenwood Lodge.

We had a reunion with 14 people at the lodge and it was wonderful. It’s a beautiful, clean home with all the amenities, and plenty of room outside to play games, make s’mores, or relax on the porch and enjoy the view. Quick drive to plenty of hiking / waterfalls, wineries, and restaurants, but in a secluded spot where you are surrounded by nature. Friendly, helpful owners. Thanks Kim and Russ!

A BEAUTIFULLY designed lodge. I've made use of Tenwood several times, summer and winter, for different purposes--weekend reunions with friends, as well as day-long retreats with colleagues. Russ and Kim knock it out of the park every time. Very comfortable, big windows with lots of sunlight and great views, warm hospitality. I know of no other space like it in the Finger Lakes area.

Fabulous in every way: beautiful lodging, scenery, and ambiance, relaxed and welcoming hosts, fabulous breakfasts provided for our group, and helpful tips provided for local interests. Communication pre visit was clear.

Wonderful location for the Cayuga wine trails. Beautiful home with lots of space. Great views. Wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back again. Thanks so much Kim for thinking of everything to make our visit perfect!

I was last weekend with my family and this place is the best bed and breakfast ever! Kim is very kind, she takes care of all the details. The home is very clean and the breakfast 🥞 s very very good. I will love back again. Thanks Kim for everything

This home was absolutely perfect. Beautifully constructed with everything you need right at your fingertips. Surrounded by a corn field with breathtaking views. I loved staying here while I was in town for a wedding. Would definitely recommend for big groups (up to 20 people, probably more!).

Felt homey with beautiful scenery! Hosts are exceptional! Located near wineries, state parks and Ithaca! Ithaca is Gorges!!

Beautiful, heartwarming, experience. The hosts and truly wonderful. A tremendous place to visit to "get away from it all". Once there, you don't want to leave.

Perfect getaway from the city. Courteous hosts. Great view of the stars at night. Fantastic for families and large groups.
