I have order flowers at least four times from Designs of Elegance. Every time they have exceeded expectations. The arrangements are awesome, the customer service is fantastic. I will say it again, If You Need Flowers, Go Here. It/they are simply THE BEST

This is the second time I have purchased a boutique from Designs of Elegance. Wow, I thought the first boutique was great (see first picture and 2nd paragraph, but this 2nd one ( see last 3 photos) is awesome.

She made a wonderful display of flowers, the women thy were sent to loved them. I am very, very happy with my purchase, the quality, the speed of delivery, the initial contact person all GREAT. Thank you for your time and effort.

When it came to for flowers for our wedding there was no hesitation on who we’d be choosing as our florist to make our day as beautiful as can be.

This past August, we had the pleasure of having Robin do the flowers for our wedding. We told Robin our wedding colors, showed her some inspiration pics from pinterest, and from there left it up to her to decide on flowers and arrangements. She did an amazing job and Robin's eye for crafting florals with balanced colors and textures is unmatched. We were so pleased and so thankful. Everything was so beautiful and looked fantastic!

Such pleasant experience. If I could give 10 stars, I would do that. Robin was super pleasant had great idea and suggestions especially for someone who is not familiar with flowers at all. I just love them I guess. My friend loved the flowers and sure put the smile on her face. I would highly recommend them. It felt personal when I spoke to Robin not to mention it is local. My husband and I got married on June 22, 2019 and we hired Robin as our florist. We were also fortunate enough to have Robin double as our wedding planner. She excelled at both jobs!! Robin guided us through every step of the process with helpful tips and recommendations. As with every wedding, it felt like things beyond our control kept going wrong. Robin kept us grounded and moving forward. On the day of the wedding, Robin was instrumental in getting everything set up and the flowers and decorations she provided were a perfect addition to a perfect day (see attached photos). Robin Warren-Philips and Designs of Elegance that’s what’s on my mind! Let me say last weekend we had Gracie’s birthday and we ordered flowers and balloons to be delivered for her on Saturday. As ALWAYS Robin went above and beyond and let me just say the “Mermaid “ flowers were elegant and beautiful as they always are! And the Mermaid balloons especially for her along with all the other balloons were a perfect touch for this beautiful 5 year old! She said “Grandma, I never got flowers before. They are so pretty!

Thought last minute of sending a friend flowers on Valentines Day. I live out of state, so I googled Pulaski florists and am so happy I found Designs of Elegance. I made the order on Valentines Day, most florists would not offer this .I picked designers choice for flowers and they were BEAUTIFUL. Perfect for my friend. I forgot my name and called and Robin added my name to it. It was also delivered according to my special instructions. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you for letting me show my friend some love yesterday.

This was the most quaint, beautiful, fabulous flower shop I have ever seen. Robin and Cassidy are truly the nicest owners. The 6 hour trip to them to get the flowers for my nieces wedding was worth it hands down. The flowers were beautiful, fresh and exactly what I envisioned.
I am so thankful to them for all of their help, kindness and wonderful smiles.

Looked on line for a florist near Henderson Harbor and couldn't find one where the site gave details and pictures of arrangements. Designs of Elegance, 35-40 miles south fitted the bill. Their delivery fee was modest - $35 - and the women who took my order paid close attention to what I wanted for the "sympathy" arrangement, a modification of the "Gracious Lavender" . The recipient was extremely happy and said the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Many thanks.

Robin at Designs of Elegance went above and beyond to accommodate me with an order as I was calling from out of state. She also notified me of a potential online fraud that could have cost both of us. I’m very pleased with her help and floral design.

The owner is professional and personable - and she saved my wedding! When I met with the owner for my bridal consultation we spent nearly two hours discussing the flowers and every other topic you can imagine. I felt well-cared for and like I left with a new friend. Months later, as my wedding rapidly approached, my hair stylist flaked out on me when I was just four days away from my wedding date. After a sleepless night, I thought to call Robin and ask if she might know anyone who could do my hair on such late notice. She and her staff came through! Within a few hours they had hooked me up with the owner of a local salon, A Cut Above, and I was back in business with not only an on-site hair stylist but also a make-up artist. The flowers were perfect! It was like she took photographs of what I imagined in my mind and then delivered them fresh! So fresh, in fact, that four days later they still look amazing enough to walk down the aisle! Thank you to Robin and her staff at Designs of Elegance! Your efforts made our day perfect!
