I had the best experience with Sandy! She was so helpful and polite. Her store has lovely dresses to select from. After my first visit we narrowed it down to two dresses. One of which we were talking about making slight modifications to. On my drive home Sandy texted me a dress from the designer I liked and it had all the elements I wanted. She worked to order it and brought it into her store for me to try on. A week later I tried on and fell in love with that very dress. Her flexibility and attention to detail is unmatched.

I had a wonderful time picking out the perfect dress at Your Perfect Day. Sandy was very patient and helpful as I went back and forth changing between two dresses many times. I also very much appreciate her website really giving you a great idea of what she has in stock or could get. I looked at SOOO many websites that either barely had any pictures at all or didn't seem to have any of the styles of big ballgowns I was looking for and I was struggling. I didn't want to have to make appointments (or countless phone calls to inquire) at dozens of places that might not even have a single dress I was interested in. When I was able to see the different dresses and what was in stock or available to order and even looking at clearance dresses I knew I could make a list of the type of dresses I was looking for and so she could better help me. From there it was easy to make an appointment and say yes to and order the dress. I couldn't have had the poofy ballgown of my dreams with a gorgeous train and my perfect wedding day without Sandy at Your Perfect Day.

I am VERY excited to be a Your Perfect Day bride! Not only was Sandy SO incredibly helpful, she was also super patient, kind, and gracious with me. It took me not one, not two… but THREE trips to finally make my decision (and back and forth with a completely different dress) for me to decide. I truly can’t thank you enough! Sandy was great! This was my favorite bridal experience. She allows you to look through the dresses and pull them yourself, while providing suggestions but never pushy. I LOVE the way Sandy runs her store for this exact reason. I felt like I was missing so many dresses at other stores because they were pulled by the sales person after a 5 minute conversation. The prices are also unbeatable. I cannot recommend Your Perfect Day enough!! Well worth the drive if you're farther away too!

Wow- where do I even begin. I highly recommend this bridal shop. It's a 10/10! When we walked in we were the only ones there. The whole shop just to ourselves, and not only that- but Sandy (the owner) lets you look around and pick out the dresses to try on! We were like kids in a candy shop. My sister helped me put on the dresses, which I originally was nervous about but we ended up just having a ball and it made the whole experience more fun. Sandy helped us get an understand of what could or could not be altered, even brought out extra fabric to try out some ideas. I tried on so many dresses but ultimately went back for the 2nd one I tried on and fell in love! Sandy's kind, laid back, and helpful approach was just what we needed. Didn't feel sales-y, didn't feel pressured, just felt like a morning of genuine fun and I just happened to find a dress that looks amazing and makes me feel BEAUTIFUL! Cannot thank you enough Sandy- I will certainly be sending my friends your way!

Sandy was great to work with! It was a great, low pressure environment to pick out a dress in. She knows her stuff and is able to pick out dresses for you to try without pushy. I loved being able to see what was in stock on her website before making the appointment. Would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

Sandy is wonderful. She is laid back, helpful, kind and you can tell she genuinely wants you to be in love with your decision and won’t push to just sell you anything. I knew I found my dress on my first visit. She held it for me while I thought about it. When I was ready, I went back, tried it on again and purchased it. One huge perk is having the whole shop to yourself.

The store name speaks for itself!! If you are looking for a private and stress/pressure free, wedding dress shopping experience look no further. The entire shop is yours for the duration of the appointment and you have the opportunity to try on any AND as many dresses as you want. You truly feel like a little kid walking into a candy shop!! Unlike other shops, you and your guests can walk around the shop pulling any dress that catches your attention. The selection of dresses is outstanding, all of the dresses were clean and well maintained! Aside from knowing her stuff, Sandy is a pleasure to work with during/after your appointment and makes you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in. Sandy’s goal is to order the dress as close to your size as possible so little to no alterations are needed, speaking from experience all I need done is a bustle and the straps shortened. Believe me when I say, Sandy is THE BEST! You will leave with your dream dress feeling like you purchased it from family! 10/10 recommend making the drive from wherever you are to come here for THE PERFECT wedding dress shopping DAY!

Today is my son and daughter-in-law’s 2nd wedding anniversary. As I reflect on the family stress leading up to that special day, I can’t help but think of Sandy and Your Perfect Day. When I was dress hunting, I was on leave from work caring for my husband who had just gotten out of the hospital after having a stem cell transplant. By that time, we were already into year two of his cancer journey. I needed to find a dress for my son’s special day and wanted the perfect dress, but had not had much time to shop. I went to a few other bridal shops where I was told that I needed to order a dress right away, and would need to pay a rush fee in order to get it in time for the wedding. I felt a lot of pressure from those other shops, and hadn’t found “the dress” when I stumbled upon Your Perfect Day. Everything about Your Perfect Day was, indeed, perfect and so different from my experience at other bridal shops. Sandy, who didn’t know my story and the stress I was under at home, was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. She remarked that it was difficult to make a decision by myself and suggested that I take some dresses home with me to get others’ opinions. She let me take the dresses home while only taking my name and phone number…no deposit, no money at all! I ultimately chose my dress, Sandy placed the order for me, and took care of the rush issue. The dress arrived on time and Sandy recommended a great seamstress for my alterations. I had truly found the perfect dress and I felt beautiful and comfortable in my dress on the big day, in spite of missing my husband, who wasn’t able to attend the wedding. I can’t thank Sandy enough for the gentle kindness that she extended to a stranger who was under an incredible amount of stress. Most amazing of all is Sandy did not know my story, which speaks to her genuine caring nature. I give Your Perfect Day my highest recommendation and thank Sandy from the bottom of my heart.

Sandy was amazing! The shop is super clean, and you can tell she really cares about her business and her clients. You just can’t find that type of quality in the customer service (and the dresses) at these large corporate bridal stores. She helped me pick my wedding dress with ease 🖤 definitely recommend!

The owner was very friendly and easy to work with! We had the whole place to ourselves to look and pick. There is great variety of sizes to try on! As a plus sized bride I thought finding things to try on that I liked would be difficult but they had such a variety!

Sandy was so sweet to work with and was very patient both times I came to the shop. She has a huge selection of dresses to choose from and I literally tried on my two finalists back to back probably 5 times before making the final decision. Her shop is clean and large with good lighting and she let me bring friends and family to help make the experience fun! I bought my wedding gown from Sandy at Your Perfect Day and have highly recommended it to many of my friends getting married. I was able to take my time and look through every single one of her numerous gowns to decide on the right one. Sandy offered suggestions to ensure my gown was exactly what I envisioned. I called over 15 stores looking for a specific dress. Sandy was the only one that had what I was looking for. Your Perfect Day is a hidden gem in northern central New York. Sandy runs the shop and one of the best things about her store is that her website actually specifies what dresses she has in the store at any given time. She can still order dresses in that she doesn’t have but when looking for a specific dress it was very helpful. Even during covid times Sandy still allowed me to make my dress buying experience special, my mom was able to come with me and Sandy helped me try on many dresses until I found the right one. Her estimates for delivery times were spot on and she stored the dress for me at her shop for months until I was ready to take it for alterations. She also does bridesmaid dresses and grooms and tuxes. Sandy was extremely responsive and helpful during a last minute emergency with the tuxes. She was able to help us with some issues with very short notice. She is extremely professional. Excellent customer service. Would recommend anyone to work with her.

I heard about Sandy from several people I encountered through social media and a coworker of my sisters who found her dress there (she lives 2 hours away from the shop). I was absolutely blown away! I had a private appointment which I didn’t realize going in and felt at ease knowing I was the only appointment at that time. Other shops have several other brides and family members at all times. Sandy was SO sweet and kind and offered assistance while letting us do our own thing and pick gowns. She was helpful and never pushy whatsoever! I found my dress there and we even found my MOH dress as well! Sandy really went above and beyond to help us match my dark sage/olive green color I had envisioned for the MOH dresses. I had expectations in my head of how I thought the day would go and honestly the reality was so much better! Sandy is incredible and does such a great job. It was such an amazing experience and my family thought the same. Mom isn’t a fan on crowds and my sister/MOH is in a boot still recovering from an Achilles injury. I’m glad they didn’t feel overwhelmed trying to fight for dresses in a “typical” bridal shop. I drove 40 minutes for this appointment and I’d drive triple that just because Sandy was so amazing! Sandy is the lovely owner of this delightful bridal shop. She has an excellent selection of stunning gowns, and patiently helped me for hours as we went back and forth trying to decide. (Of course, I eventually went with the one that I first tried on!) I found the dress of my dreams and can't wait to wear it! Thank you, Sandy!
