Ferrante Winery & Ristorante

Great lunch on a foggy Saturday afternoon. We were in the area at Spire for a track meet. So glad to have stopped. We had a Hot toddy, salad, chicken spinach pizza with a fig drizzle, spaghetti and meatballs, followed up by sharing a tiramisu. I highly recommend the tiramisu! We had great service, food, the fireplaces were on which made a cozy atmosphere! There is a tasting room with a quaint sitting area. We purchased several of their award winning wines to take home. This place is super busy during summer hours. Outdoor patios are popular along with live music on the weekends.

Spent a very nice afternoon at the winery. We started off in the wine tasting room. All the wines we sampled were very good. It was hard to pick a favorite! We then went over to the restraunt side and had a wonderful lunch. All the employees were polite and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. I can't wait to go back in the summer .

It is an awesome place to visit and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Atmosphere is good, what you can see is lush green bushes of vines which completely depends on seasons of the year. Inside dinning is also good and decent. Our food was lil delayed because of the issue in the oven, it would have been great if they would have informed us rather I went to the counter and ask for food being delayed after sitting more than half an hour. There is sales promotion on buying six packs of wine which was great, we picked six different wines. Grape juice they offered is absolutely amazing, if you are driving get a bottle for yourself. Cheers, good food happy life.

My husband and I were in this area recently and decided to stop by this winery. It is just off of the highway and in a location with many other wineries. The building itself is really beautiful and set in a picturesque area. There is a patio on the outside where there was live music playing in the gazebo. We went inside to do a tasting of the different varieties of wine. You could have your tasting done inside by a fireplace or outside on another back patio. We tried two different tastings and ordered a meat and cheese tray to go along with it. The tastings came with a description of each wine and its flavor. I actually found some additional wines that I enjoyed. They gave a discount on a case and we left as happy customers. I really wish that this winery and restaurant was closer to our home so that we could actually try the restaurant side as well.

this is one of the best wineries ive been to. the food was very tasty and was cooked very well. i tried some of their grape juice and it was the best grape juice ive ever had! everyone who worked here was very kind and the service was great. the inside of the winery is very good looking, it has a beautiful wooden theme. the outside area has a waterfall, flowers, and fairy lights. there’s also a little wine shop where you can buy their products. i strongly recommend getting some of their grape juice. loved this winery!!

Absolutely delicious food! Both the steak and pecan crusted chicken salad was amazing and the calamari was so tasty! They have a ton of wine to try!

The sweet wines were all good. Nothing was super sweet, so you can enjoy any at any time. We were there before the restaurant opened so unfortunately couldn't enjoy any food. It's a definite place. I would like to stop back.

Service was fast, got a bottle of the pink catawba and was a real nice flavor. The calamari was excellent, plus our meals. Would highly recommend. The atmosphere is also beautiful.

Oh my goodness!! Great wine, yried the 2019 Pinot. Delish. Sat in their patio area to wait for a table, enjoying the wine. Perfect! Kaylee G was our wait staff...excellent server! We ordered the mussels and sausage stuffed peppers to start. The mussels were the best we've ever tasted!!! We've tried mussels across the US and these were by far, the VERY best. 1 caveat..if you split that loaf of bread and grilled or toasted it...well, mind blown. The peppers were awesome. Such great flavors. We got so full, we ended our appetizer dinner with dessert. The cannoli was authentic Italy (and we've been) and the lemoncello Gelato was excellent. Such a great winery and restaurant!!!

Stopped by quickly on a winery tour and immediately upon entering remembered the hot toddies I had when I visited back in 2017. When I asked if they still had them I convinced everyone else in my group to get one but was disappointed that I wasn’t able to have one as I am pregnant. The manager, I’m assuming, quickly hopped into action and created me the sweetest mocktail that was not only delicious but made me feel included! Everyone raved about the appetizers and we wish we would have rearranged our trip to make this our dinner spot. The service, food and drinks were all above and beyond. Can’t wait to return. (And make our hot toddies at home with the wine kits and recipe!)

We came to Ferrante to celebrate and we're so happy to sit comfortably by the fire as we drink great tasting wine and delicious food.
I would highly recommend the Rosso wine and the house made Italian dressing.

We love Ferrantes! Every meal we have ever ordered was absolutely delicious and filling. We had Kaylee for our waitress this last visit and she was so happy and excited to serve us. She was on the ball and very efficient! This particular evening we checked out neighboring wineries, nothing compares to Ferrantes!! It’s definitely our number 1 choice!!!

Met friends for dinner. Excellent food and wine. I had pecan crusted chicken salad and my bf had lasagna. Both were delicious. Pink Catawba to drink 😋

We absolutely loved this winery! We started with wine tasting. We got the specialty wine flight. We especially loved the harvest spice and cherry pie. We thenhad lunch at the restaurant. We got the Pizza Alla Mare and the Pizza Alla Familia Fig. Both delicious!! Also a glass of the yummy grape juice. We got desserts to go- that we have yet to eat. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Food was fantastic, large portions (we split a panini), 3 cheese garlic was to die for and the raspberry cheesecake was HUGE!! Sampling was good setting was pretty with a pond. Service was fantastic!

Our family has been dining here for many years and this may have been our best experience. I usually order a pasta dish which never disappoints but tonight had a taste for pizza. Wow...this was one of the best I've ever had! Topped it off with a slice of delicious cheesecake which was as good as Junior's of New York. Come for the wine...stay for the pizza!

Anniversary trip with our dog. We didn't eat there today, but we were able to take our dog and enjoy a couple glasses of wine.

Very pleasant mellow patio to have a chicken and fig pizza and salad with a glass of wine you can order a tasting flight from the tasting room but we just selected a glass to go with dinner from the counter service. Inside is the full Italian restaurant which looks very nice too.

What a beautiful restaurant and winery. Service was lovely and the food/wine was even better!!!! Wine was incredible and reasonably priced on top. I will be back!

Stopped in for dinner to kick off weekend get away. Meals were great and the wine was too. Waiter was good as was rest of the staff. This is a great place to eat and enjoy a glass or 2!
