Walmart Supercenter

I love our smaller walmart! It is not so big that you get tired of trecking all over a huge layout. They carry a good amount of selections, but they are not a huge super store like Moses Lake or Tricities. They can order in a day most snything you need if it is not in store and you can wait 1 day. Just need to order online and deliver to the store.

The staff at this location (Othello, WA) were so helpful and kind!

It's nice and clean. Walmart, no bags, but you can use self checkout. I was in Texas and the Texas Walmart still has bags. I live in Washington state and I can honestly say because of Inslee Washington State stinks.

Great store. Has plenty of everything! Plus you can preorder your groceries and just set a time when you can pick them up. Now that's putting the customer first.! I'm 70 and that is such a wonderful gift to me. Or even get them delivered. But some things still aren't mail order available yet. So try the preorder and it can save you more than just time if you're also a shopsholic like I can be at times. 😬one thing that's really changed is a membership. $95.00 is their fee. Little outrageous if you ask me. Especially when you have to bring your own bags as well to carry your groceries out. Booooo Walmart. Not so much a store for the people where you save money. Sad a dollar is more important than the customer. Your sales haven't been slowed. So why gouge us.? The ones who provide your paycheck. Think again. You lost me. And I spend on average $25.00 to $300.00 every trip. Oh well your loss.

I had no idea you could get your dog their meds at Wal mat! The pick up was fast. So much easier than waiting on line...

Good food the prices are good too

I always find what I need and if I can't find it the employee always try to help

I don't like to go there anymore because I would need to take my own plastic bags for my groceries or anything I purchased.or get charged for the bags to put my merchandise into. I strongly believe that the store should provide the bags to carry the merchandise out of their stores without being charged for the bags necessary for our purchased goods. Makes one wonder,what will they come up with next? Charge the customer for using their shopping carts or just to browse around their store, etc. etc.

I forgot my phone charger at home in Utah and didn't realize it til I was pulling into my hotel at 10:30pm and saw the battery symbol telling me it was low. I'm in a city I've never visited before so really need a working phone with maps. I ran down to the Wal-Mart at 15 til close and the staff were super helpful and friendly and got me what I needed despite being so close to closing time. Great customer service and very pleased that I won't be lost and unable to contact anyone in an unfamiliar place.

We've been doing pickup since the covid lockdown started. I have to say, the staff has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. Everything from friendly greetings, to offering us a drink and a snack while our groceries are being loaded. Thank you so much to the pickup staff.

Nice walmart very clean and they have plenty of merchandise, not like other walmarts that they live the product inthe pallets in the midle of the aisle.

Clean bathrooms and very kind staff. Excellent Organization for a Walmart. The cashier lines were not too long and moved quickly.

Been shopping here for years only good manager in existence was mario...now theres some beautiful woman running the show and she was punctual assuring and very diligent in assisting me I didn't even have to ask for help..I walked out the aisle looking for a associate and she spotted me and made sure I got what I needed...i can say that was the best experience i had at a small town walmart

Needed Jewelry assistance but they were busy with lines. Need front line person key access. Lost my sale because no associates available

I love it here i can find just about anything i need here.

I like it how they put out the self check outs. The customer service service hours from like 9 am - 8pm and I think it’s stupid. But some employees are sassy but some are really nice.

Great service,management team is outstanding.. assistant manager Cynthia Maltos is outstanding.she goes above and beyond her common duties to make sure the customers are completely satisfied with there shopping experience...

This Walmart is always clean and the sales associates are always friendly and helpful. They also always have ample stock, so I always leave with everything I needed.

The people were very helpful and friendly. They knew what product I needed and recommended how I could save money.
