What a cool place to visit in person! I had heard that this was the best place to get cornmeal for Johnnycakes, but I didn't know they'd have such an impressive variety of different meals and mixes (I would have bought MANY more, if I hadn't had to worry about getting it home on our flight 😅 ) nor did I expect that it would be in such a unique and picturesque location! I loved talking to the owner--hearing a bit about the history of the mill and getting recommendations for other great local places to visit made this a highlight of our drive around Southwestern Rhode Island!

Love, love, love this place. We come everytime we are in town. Love their grains, mixes, and their soap is the very, very best!! People are great too!

Growing up in South Kingstown, we always had Johnny Cake Meal in the home. Hot Johnny Cakes with butter and maple syrup, yum!! The Grist Mill is amazing and has been there since my childhood. They are always happy and willing to give you a tour!!

This is a true "small business". I now live in FL and we visited Kenyon's in person recently on a trip home to RI. After eating my mother's "johnny cakes" since I was a child I wanted to buy some of the white corn meal and try making them myself. It's a very tiny store but the young man was very friendly and mentioned it's just him and his Dad running things. Made my first batch of johnny cakes today and they are just as good as I remember!

Christmas begins for my 5 scattered children and their families, when a big box of Kenyon products arrives for their traditional Christmas breakfast. I throw in Syrup too. Thank you Kenyons!!!

We routinely purchase and use cornmeal from Kenyon's Grist Mill. We recently obtained some of their cornbread and muffin mix. It was amazing. Came out light and fluffy and we couldn't stop eating it.

We go there frequently and enjoy visiting with Mr Kenyon and the area is beautiful. A joyful visit any time of year. Their products are top notch and prices are very reasonable. Love this place.
