This place runs in such an efficient way it makes you think you’re watching the military platoon form a special training or something! They audibly yell out their internal lingo to update one another on the status of the task in front of them. I was quite entertained & 100% satisfied with the service I received on my range rover. Keep up the good work!

Selina, the asst manager, went above and beyond to make sure I got the best value for my money. She took her time to explain everything, and did not try to rush me off. The whole team there created a pleasant environment with their great attitudes. They worked together to make sure every customer was happy and got great service.

I always appreciate when I see women working in jobs that were traditionally held by males. I feel the staff is very trustworthy and honest. I find it quick, painless, and worth every penny.

I always have a great experience getting my oil changed at Valvoline, but KC & Drake were especially great yesterday, taking time to talk to my kiddo and help my dog get comfortable enough to accept some attention & treats from them.

Wow! This location is fantastic! Two assistant managers worked on replacing my serpentine belt, changed my driver's turn signal, and changed my oil within around 25 minutes! The other 2 techs worked on the other vehicles in the first bay. They were kind, knowledgeable and pretty inexpensive (the belt was only $139!) imo. Definitely a returning customer.

The staff is very professional and always want to help and keep you informed of your vehicle needs. I have NEVER had any issues. They are also fast and knowledgeable

Staff was kind and quick! Topped of my fluids and tire pressure along with oil change. They do offer a 15% Military discount as well!

Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. Staff always friendly. They don't make me feel like a 'girl' who knows nothing about cars...which I am! Good prices. Always offer to change filters and windshield wipers and such and I am never sure if it's actually needed because they do it every time! Guessing it's part of their pitch.

They've come a long way since I used them 20 years ago. Back then it didn't seem like a very organized thing but now, no matter where you go or which shop you use, they are extremely consistent and organized. I'm impressed with them now and honestly I feel they do a better job than my dealership...and much faster too so that's a bonus.

Ended up being here past closing and the employees were incredibly nice about it. Shop was very clean and organized. Staff was very knowledgeable and personable as well.

Came in for my oil change and once again received top notch service. Selina was awesome. Not only was she knowledgeable, friendly, and informative, she and her workmate were even sweet enough to give my doberman's treats! Five stars all around.
**Edit - I recently purchased a new (used) vehicle, took it in to get the oil changed and what can I say? I will never go anywhere else for oil service. Selina waited on me once again and once again provided awesome service and yes, my dobe's got their treats. If I could give a 6th star, I most certainly would.

Great service! Everyone was very nice and cool! I recommend them if you don't have time to do an oil change yourself. Also it was quick and cheap. I'd rather go to them rather than a big shop.

My experience today was very good. The people that worked on my car was very knowledgeable of their tasks. They worked together very effectively. Therefore, everything moved along smoothly, an in a timely matter. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.
