I don't know why i see some of these reviews !!! I was there on 2/ 19/ 24 . And the staff was very professional . Melissa was beyond excellent. So ill close with don't let others make your decision . Go there and you will see first hand . Excellent staff. I give them 5 STARS !!!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Holder for many, many years. He is knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. He is not warm and fuzzy, if that’s what you want.

Receptionist was horribly rude!! Called in to see if there was anything else we could do since my tests came back good, and she got really nasty with me. I can honestly say I’ve never left a review before, but this made me mad. Very very unprofessional. If she hates her job that much, she needs a new profession. I have never been so disrespected in my life.

I've never seen a N.P. somehow make my G.I. problems about her. When I said I was following a Dr.'s orders her reply was "And I'm Not A Doctor?" By statement of fact. No, you are not a Doctor. The most unprofessional medical provider I have ever seen. Apathetic and argumentative, I would suggest finding another provider.

This place is very unprofessional. You don't have to wear a mask, but you also can't take anyone back with you. Even though it says on the doors going into the building that masks are required. The nurse practitioner is rude and doesn't listen to her patients.

How does one diagnose without even physically touching the patient? When asked about it, I got told- I need to go find someone else, because she’s done everything she could, and didn’t find anything ALL WITHOUT PHYSICALLY TOUCHING THE PATIENT.

Nurse practitioner is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. Stay away!
