I was fed up with the hassle of searching for cars and dealing with people selling their junk cars at exorbitant prices while attempting to scam me into buying subpar vehicles. Fortunately, I discovered HB Auto and had the opportunity to work with Jimmy and Yanin. They were both friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us through the entire process and providing insights into the car market. I finally acquired my first car here and am optimistic that it will serve me well for a long time!

When I walked on the lot, that's when I met Jimmy. Jimmy approached me just like an old friend, he was there willing to help me not trying to hard sell me. I told him I didn't really have credit but I had saved up some money and got a monthly s.s check. He assured me that they Jimmy and his wife Yanin ,who is so friendly and So helpful would get me financed. So after I walked the lot a few times I felt at ease the whole time. We found a car I was interested in and began the finance part of the process.3 hours from start they worked so hard to make it all happen. And true to his word Jimmy had me driving off the lot with a car that was perfect for me. Fully insured registered smogged and with a payment I could afford. It was fantastic day and I was treated like family. They have continued to make my experience as pleasant as I could imagine! I highly recommend anybody interested in purchasing a vehicle to step onto the lot and become part of there family. You will leave with a satisfied feeling and glad you met a wonderful family. Great family owned business and super easy to work with. Bought my son's very first car here. They answered all of our questions and were able to get us in and out including the paperwork. Car passed our mechanic's review with flying colors. We feel that we got an excellent deal and my son is really happy. Shopped around for weeks and couldnt find anything, as you know, with the supply chains, everyone is trying to sell their pieces of junk for crazy amount of money! Found jimmy on offer up and he answered all my questions regarding the car I was interested in (2004 toyota 4 runner). Very friendly and knowledgable when it comes to cars. Very friendly service and had a wide variety of cars to choose from. All cars looked very well maintained with really nice interiors. Some were really economic which was great and the paperwork was stress free. They even gave me a keychain to go with my new keys. Overall very satisfied with the service.
