Do Drop Inn

I was pleasantly surprised with everything that they offered on their menu from burgers to Pizza. seems like they had it all they had some pretty good. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. just so you know it is a sweet dough however it did taste good we tried the Hawaiian pizza as well as the sampler. There was fried mushrooms, spicy green beans, fried pickles, Mac an cheese triangles. All our food was delicious

Their Pizza dough is not something that you can easily find anywhere, it was thick and has a sweetness to it, very unique! The place is nice, has its own character. Our server was good too. Overall it was a great dining experience!

So far, one of the best pizzas I've had in Pueblo. The dough is sweet as noted by other reviewers, and for me that overpowers the sauce and other toppings. But I didnt want to remove a star because of my own palate, its a good pizza overall. I got a half and half Mexican and Combination pizza. The Mexican pizza was a letdown, again due to the sweet dough flavor being front and center. The Combination was delicious but again, if that dough was either less sweet or not as thick, they'd have a 5 star winner pizza in my book. The pizza overall is similar to the pub style pizzas you might find in the midwest, just thicker and sweeter dough here. Don't be dissuaded by the higher prices, go and try it for yourself. The buffet, even though I didn't have it, sounds like a great value if you're price sensitive.

I came in for lunch during my work day. Delicious and affordable lunch buffet, friendly and quick service, relaxing pub environment with sports on TV (if you ask)... Can't wait to come back!

One of the best...I was born and raised in Pueblo. And now I live in Denver and there ain't kno place like home ...based on the bomb food and gr8 people 😋 it's a must to pick up one of your famous 🍕 pizzas!!!! Love love love it! Always have always will....

Fried pasta was delicious and I recommend it enthusiastically. The folks were friendly. The place was very clean. The restroom was very clean. You Pueblo natives are SO LUCKY to have a great restaurant like the Do Drop Inn! I made a togo order at the bar on Monday afternoon and it was ready in about 10 minutes. How cool is that?

I drive truck all over the lower 48 states and this meal today has really made a difference. I'm happy! The people were super nice. The building is very interesting instead of being a cookie cutter chain restaurant "box". The lady that took my order was so personable it felt like I was conversing with an old friend. I hated to walk out of the place to be honest.

I live in Florida but I hope I get another chance to sneak off I-25 and onto Santa Fe Drive so I can visit the Do Drop Inn again to give them some well earned repeat business because they've earned it.

We had the buffet for dinner. Everything was very good. Waitress was good too. Music was good but a bit loud.

It is true 30-40 minute wait for pizza. But well worth the wait. My guy and I split a white Alfredo pizza with chicken. While our friends got a Do drop In. Pizza and lasagna. All of it was so delicious. Our server, even though she was crazy busy was very friendly and took good care of us.

I ordered pizzas and got charged $54.00 but when I went to pick up the order the restaurant was closed. I need a refund and need someone to contact me please.By the way, this is the best pizza in Pueblo, I love this place. Thank you.

Do Drop is my personal favorite pizza. The crust has a light sweetness to it. If you are afraid to try it, you can always get the buffet. They usually have pasta and salad along with the pizza during the buffet, in case you don't like the pizza you can still eat 😉.

Looking for a local place to eat as we were traveling back to the springs. Service was awesome. Drinks were awesome… The Steak Philly and “do drop” Italian sausage sandwiches were amazing. Jen gave us great service! We will be back.

Had buffet after a funeral...very cozy setting. Great service. Food was good

They have buffet that changes daily. I thought the selections were good. Also, they had their pizza on it which was really good.

Do Drop Inn was chosen to provide appetizers for guests at the Dig • A Contemporary Speakeasy. The fresh fruit and vegetable platters were complimented with prime rib and salmon rolls. To top it off stuffed cucumbers were filled with spicy sauce, hummus and spinach dip. Hoss and the entire catering team did a fabulous job. GH

It was amazing! My first time there, and I'm already planning my next visit. The staff was wonderful the environment was beautiful.
We had someone who was new serving us, you could tell it was his first day. But he was extremely kind and did everything he could to keep us satisfied. I can't wait to go back.

We ate early evening and had the buffet. Our waitress and other staff in the front room were very friendly. The buffet had salad, a variety of pasta, and pizza. I had salad, ravioli, tortillini, and pizza. The salad was made with a mixture of greens, not iceberg. The pastas were delicious, and sauces were rich and flavorful. The pizza was delicious. The crust was their special recipe, medium thick. If the buffet was a true sampling, their menu items should also be great .

It felt expensive, about $60 for two medium pizzas and a few drinks, but man it was worth the price. This was easily some of the best pizza I've had in Pueblo, and the local green chiles being available as a topping really solidified the idea that these guys know what they're doing and they know how to serve the community some delicious food.

I'd recommend this shop to anyone!
