I had a great and smooth visit. The staff is very attentive and the surgery was quick and not too painful like I expected. Will definitely be going back for more extractions

I just got done with my appointment and it was amazing Dr. Jaber and Dr Khim are amazing people. Dr. Jaber is very serious with his work and makes everything as smooth as possible.

I'm so pleased with the crown I received at Western Dental on Highland Ave in San Bernardino. From day one everyone that works here are very respectful and nice, and the place is always clean. However, I truly would like to converse about the two beautiful and amazing Dr.Au and Mrs.Khim-RDA. Dr.Au is caring, she really listen to me. Dr.Au will then walk me through everything, very understanding and patient with me. And Mrs.Khim-RDA is the sweetest lady I've ever met. Mrs.Khim will also walk me through everything as well and she's so gentle with x-ray and etc. I truly do appreciate the gentleness and respect both women showed me. I was having pain in one of my teeth and I was able to get an appointment with Dr Au the day after I called. She's very thorough and made a perspective fix. She said to come back in a week if there's no improvement. Very satisfied.

I had a positive experience at my dentist's office. The radiologist, Khim, is very knowledgeable and my dentist, Dr. Sherpa, put me at ease immediately. She is very straightforward and I appreciate that. Because of them, I will keep my dental appointments from now on.

I HIGHLY reWestern Dental on East Highlnd in San Bernardino , Ca. I have honestly had some terrible experiences from other dentists and it was Western Dental that helped me through my mouth trauma. The dentist they have working here and the entire staff go out of their way to listen to you and try to accommodate you. They take most insurance plans and even offer their own insurance if you don’t have any. If you need implants that aren’t covered by insurance, they offer low monthly payments. They really try not to hurt the patient too. I’ve been to many dentist and Western Dental is by far the best.

Very good people and they installed ipads so that ur kids won't get board fast and they also have movies to watch if the ipads are filled

My first time getting braces and they were really nice and professional the process was smooth and they told me exactly what was going to happen and how to take care of my brace!! Thank you to Mike and Irving and they were a great team like Batman and Robin!!!

Katia is warm and welcoming and Dr sherpa was very comforting and explain things clearly and concisely the vibes where great.

This has been the most pleasant experience of my life. Everyone on that Dental team is awesome. The dentist that I’ve seen twice now is the nicest dentist I’ve ever seen. He’s very understanding of those who struggle with dental hygiene and he didn’t make me feel bad about it like other dentists have done. He also makes sure that you’re comfortable and that you know what to expect during your procedure.

The Western dental staff is always polite and they know that I am afraid of the dentist so they always made me feel comfortable..
