UPS Customer Center

They were not crowded, they were efficiently managed, and have fast deliveries. My first packages left here 2 days ago and arrived at its destination as scheduled without a world tour. I sent 2 more packages today they are scheduled to arrive much sooner than I anticipated. I am very pleased. Bonus: the building was warm enough to thaw my very cold hands.

This is a hub with limited customer hours. The two women in the morning went out of their way to assist us in mailing our package. Thank you both!

For some odd reason, a package we were waiting for at work ended up in Vernal. Sadly, I had to drive out there to get it in time. The staff at this location were really apologetic even though it wasn't there fault. They made it a no-hassle experience to pick up the package, even before they were open, and I was back on the road quickly. Kudos to the good team in Vernal!
(UPS did make it right later...which is also good! Sometimes stuff just happens. It was cool to see UPS come through and try to make it better.)

This UPS customer center is located in vernal Utah, ur able to pick up packages and or drop them off to be delivered to the distination that is desired.
The center does provide handycap parking and walk ways. With grate costumer service and care, regulars become family. Open of operation is from 4pm to 6pm Monday - Friday.

Got done quickly and my return was refunded the same day.

Ladies are so helpful. Amazon works with UPS I always know my packages will get here
