We had brunch here, and every dish was stellar. Best French toast I’ve ever had! Some menu items were out, but the options available were still amazing. Nice views of the ocean from big windows.

This place was wonderful. We were seated right away on a Friday night even though we walked in, the food was exceptional, and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. I’ve seen some negative reviews on here and I have no idea why anyone would give this place fewer than 5 stars. You should come here, it’s fantastic.

I cannot say enough about the excellent dinner my daughter and I had here! From start to finish one of the best meals I have ever eaten! I had the cioppino and it was SO good! We also ordered the rib eye, the mushroom risotto ravioli, the veggie beignets, and for dessert we had the peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake and the
crème brûlée. For the life of me I cannot remember the name of our server, but she was awesome!!! She was so sweet! She made our time there fantastic!

Definitely will stop in again. I want to try the brunch our server told us about!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This really is fine dining. Great everything. Great Chef. Great service. Great view. Great ambiance. Great art 💕 5 of us for dinner Steak Frites, Fresh steelhead trout, Foraged Mushroom risotto, osso bucco, lamb pasta plus veggie beignets and bone marrow appetizers and cocktails. Huge portions, expect to have leftovers, if its nice enough weather, there is a beautiful patio overlooking Battle Rock and the Ocean ❤Thank you Redfish for bringing 1st class dining to this charming small town.

I would be remiss if I didn’t say, possibly the best steak I’ve had in the past 10 years! absolutely amazing flavor, texture, temperature, seasoning. Although, everything was fantastic.

If you're looking for high end dining, a stunning view, and lovely staff; look no further!
This restaurant really is a surprise gem.
The food is creative (I'm looking at YOU oyster shooter), well prepared and plated.
In the few days I've been here, I've sampled a lot of the menu and everything has been fantastic.
But if you love oysters, do yourself a favor and don't skip the oyster shooter!

The food was incredible, the view breathtaking, and my waiter Cubb was a delight.

A GEM! The views & the 2 food items, awesome! I've never had a more tasty shrimp cocktail, the lamb burger w/ jalapeños and Brie was surprisingly tasty too! In my future travels, I will make sure to stop by for lunch or dinner. The service was very good and the staff is dressed professionally as well.

We loved their oyster shooters!!! Atmosphere, food, and service were all excellent. Gorgeous view! Fish tacos and pulled pork sandwich and clam chowder were all yummy, too.

Great food and lovely service with a view to match. We shared the clams as starter. Wife had the local lamb chops and I had the cioppino - all were excellent. Nice wine list and the house Martini was yummy. Recommended

Impressive view, impressive food&drinks, modern ambient and great service. The patio invites to stay and have a glass of wine while enjoying the view over the bay and coast of Port Orford. Great spot and certainly a recommendation.

We love Redfish! The perfect atmosphere, best views of the Oregon coast, and wonderful owners and management. Recently had the special of the night which was a full fish and it was incredible! Make sure to try the classic Hawthorne martini and oyster shooter too, the best!!!

I have been coming here for many years. This is a polished gem on the otherwise rugged/remote Southern Oregon coast. The menu and cuisine here is beyond reproach and, with few exceptions, every meal I've had here ranks highly amongst any meal I've had anywhere. Listen for the specials each night as these represent truly daily/fresh seafood from the area. This has ranged from razor clams, to scallops, rock fish, halibut, ling cod, etc. Yesterday, 9-2-23 I had the best scallops I've ever eaten. It was three of them plated with a corn/mango puree/salsa. The scallops were each at least U-10 and cooked/seasoned perfectly. If you like oysters, make sure to order a couple oyster shooters (fresh/raw oyster in a house-made brine with tobiko or smelt roe depending on the day)...amazing. (cioppino and shooter pictured)

Wow, this restaurant was fantastic on all levels. Firstly, the view is incredible--you're basically sitting on the edge of a landmass that looks out over the entire southern coast of Port Orford with all its rocks, beautiful waves and sunset colors (if you're lucky)!

Secondly, the dishes were as good if not better than any five star city restaurant...minus the snobby service often found in cities. Speaking of, we had a waitress who was overly busy but very kind, thorough, knowledgable and prompt. We appreciated that she didn't hover! The Cioppino was otherworldly with green lip mussels, oysters, clams, crab, high quality prawns and delicious white fish. Most Cioppinos have day old seafood inside but each piece of seafood in this heavenly meal was full flavored and incredibly fresh. The marinara wasn't in your face and you could actually taste the seafood. A high likelihood that it all just came off the local docks down the street!

Also: delicious clam chowder with lots of tasty fresh clams and very flavorful; large sized yummy Caesar with high quality anchovies; very tasty prawn cocktails that actually had flavor and tenderness to them. So good!!
Their wine selection and full bar was very impressive.

To top it all off, they have incredible art work on the wall by the (sadly) late wife of an owner, beautiful paintings, amazing iron work bar stools and chairs by the owners family.

Overall, the interior was creative without being pretentious and the lighting beautifully done.
This chef is a keeper!! What a treasure to have him practicing his craft in Port Orford. We appreciated this incredibly creative, talented and beautiful restaurant and would give it more stars if possible. Just go!

It felt like a high end restaurant but it wasn't too expensive. The food tasted very good, the service was ultra professional. It's one of those special landmark places you wouldn't want to miss on your road trip along the Oregon Coast.

This place is AMAZING! The view is phenomenal, the staff exceptional! The food proportions are amazing! And the taste....omg to die for! Seriously reccomend this for anyone wanting to try something new! Also, in love with their employee of the week! Also, on a side note, go check out their bathroom si ks...very unique!

I had some dietary restrictions and the menu talks about how the chef doesn't like to do substitutions. So the waiter spoke with the chef personally and he curated a special fish dish for me and it was delicious. The veggies were a little under seasoned but otherwise the beuerre blanc butter sauce was devine!

Stunning views!!! The hand crafted cocktails were awesome too. Really friendly staff, although they were overrun. So the service was not in any way bad, they just needed more people working to handle the volume. My friend had the halibut and it was the best halibut I've ever tasted. Make a reservation and check out the cool art works all around the property.
