Ashley Regional Medical Center

I've been admitted to this hospital too many times in the past two years and am always treated with the utmost respect. This time Ricky, Candice and Christina were exceptionally kind and respectful. I am transitioning from male to female and am aware of some people's feelings toward that but here they don't care they just want me to get better and send me home. Thank you for this opportunity to praise these caregivers.

Our son broke his elbow at the joint and growth plate, we were able to get him into the ER right away and able to get him into surgery to have it repaired a couple of days after. The entire staff was amazing, Dr Hawkes was able to repair the break and in our case he didn't even need a cast and was able to move his arm during most of the healing process. We are so grateful to everyone at Ashley regional and Dr Hawkes office that helped our family out.

My nurses were extremely compassionate, caring and hard working to make sure my needs were met and I was taken care of. Especially my RN Ricky, and LNP Stetson, as well as RN Cami! They rock. The whole staff deserve 10 stars!! They're Step one coordinator December is amazing and really advocates for her patients. I feel so blessed to have had them care for me during my stay.

I am amazed at the superior care I was given at the hospital Mon and Tues. Every single person I met seemed to love their job and where they worked. They treated me with the utmost of care and professionalism. I love that I'm blessed enough to have the opportunity to get the best care near my home!

I’ve been here at the Ashley Regional Medical Center for about the last 20 hours. They confirmed my self diagnosis of having a bad appendix & took that bad rascal out.
From the time I walked into the ER all the way to my pending discharge we’ve had nothing but the most extrordinary care!
The nursing staff have ALL been great!
Stetson was finishing his shift when we, my wife has been with me from the start, arrived in our room. Didn’t spend much time with him but he is a phenomenal nurse!
Amy & Christina (CNA) took care of us yesterday & we had great care & a lot of fun with them. 5 stars!
Ricky & Lani took care of us last night - what a team!! Had a hard time deciding which of them we liked better, so they both get 5+ stars.
Stefanie has had the honorable displeasure of getting me discharged this morning. What a HOOT! We’ve had the most fun time since she came on shift this morning. Kinda (not!) making it hard to leave. 5+ starts.

EVERYONE - from ER to OR to the complete nursing team to the nutrition ladies to the friendly custodian - all were the greatest! Even Bill, the hospital CEO, stopped by both mornings to visit - for several minutes. Who does that??!!
Overall, it was worth coming. (But I haven’t seen the final bill).

I had to unexpectedly be admitted and spend the night from my same day surgery. Ricky was my RN and Christina was my CNA they were both amazing!!!
They both went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and helped me feel totally comfortable with the change in plans.

Dr Hawkes was fantastic. I was considered high risk and he explained every risk and outcome to me multiple times. He definitely eased my worry and did a phenomenal job on my full knee replacement. I couldn't be happier with the results. His staff is absolutely amazing as well. Would highly recommend them.

The staff in the woman's center are amazing. They take amazing care of the newborn and new mother. Angelyn, LPN was especially helpful, she made the nights with our newborn fun and easy. They are all super informative and inclusive in all of the care. They kept us informed about everything they were doing and why. Thank you, again to the amazing staff.

My first visit with Dr. Hawkes was great. I could not believe how fast I was seen by him, and he was so good at explaining things to me and actively listening to me. Many doctors want to get you in and out as fast as they can, but felt Dr. Hawkes genuinely cared about my condition. His staff was exceptional and I vey much enjoyed visiting with them…so friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Hawkes.

On November 4, I had a significant fall resulting in two shattered wrists, a concussion, and a head wound requiring 13 stitches. The ER at Ashley Regional provided me with absolutely top notch care, stabilizing me and getting me home. Dr. Hawkes, our new Orthopedic Surgeon, quickly started treatment and surgery shortly thereafter. I have only been in the Basin for 7 years and throughout my life have had more than my fair share of orthopedic surgeries, primarily in larger cities and/or military hospitals…all very good. Dr. Hawkes is hands down the best Orthopedic Surgeon that has ever treated me and the Surgical team at Ashley Regional is amazing. We are so lucky to have these awesome people here in the Basin and the care they provide. Why leave Vernal for treatment when we have some of the best right here. Thank you Dr. Hawkes and the Ashley Regional team, my family and I really appreciate you!

Great experience, from before surgery- through surgery and after care. Conscientious doctor and cares about his patients. I would recommend Dr Hawks to anyone needs orthopedic care

Extremely pleased with Dr Mathis who performed my surgery, Nurse Meagan in post op, and Nurse Ricky Phillips, who went above and beyond making my stay a very good experience in the hospital - as well as Nurses Aide Christina. Professional and caring staff and very good experience

Staff was awesome! Had a little bit of issues with my diabetes but most people do. CEO was great and made sure I received food I could eat. Thanks for taking care of me

It has been my pleasure to be Dr Hawkes patient and Kim at the front desk is outstanding. All of his nursing staff are all wonderful and treat me like family

Dr Hawkes is awesome he has given me my life back , I was heading for a wheelchair and going to be a cripple and now I’m riding mountain bikes going to the gym and feel better than I have in years I’m alive again thanks to him , never give up never surrender!

Dr. Madsen and surgery nurses were all very professional when they performed my thumb surgery. I'm healing up well. Thank you.

I brought my family member who wasn’t feeling well into the emergency room at ARMC. They confirmed he was having a heart attack! Dr Mayeux, Richelle-RN, Ashley RN, Amanda RN and Matt- Respiratory Therapist were phenomenal! The ED crew had my dad in the air and on his way to SLC via Life Flight within a very short time! Thank you to all of you! You were all phenomenal! FIVE STARS!

I was pleased with my recent appt. I was not rushed and I was given time to explain my condition. I received a thorough exam and was able to view my X-ray with Dr. Hawk. I was able to quickly schedule an MRI. Dr. Hawk was my 2nd opinion and I so glad that I took the time to meet with another Dr. I look forward to completing my treatment.

Dr. Hawkes is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. My appt. overall was a great experience. His staff and secretaries are super nice as well and helped me to feel comfortable.

They were very friendly understanding professional and caring. Dr. Hawks explained everything so that I could understand and was patient for any questions I might have. I will recommend Dr. Hawks and his team to anyone who needs an Orthopedic Dr.
