Alexis was helpful, efficient, and so polite! I had an issue with a credit card to say the least. She got me all the information i needed so quickly, and was just the best and the most kind while she was doing it! Thank you guys so much

Very clean and family friendly place I love to shop regularly here it reminds me of me of a mom and pops grocery store so if you are on that side of town please check out the store now the pharmacy that’s a different beast I loved to go to this pharmacy the staff there are phenomenal until this one lady made the pharmacy not so pleasant Charles and the other staff gave above grade service you couldn’t ask for a more astute well oiled machine then someone unleashed a demon from hell that ruined a very prestigious group of men and women I don’t know what rock this snake came from but she ruined years of respect that was earned mutually between me and the staff I had to leave that Walmart and it made
me very sad to leave but I had no choice I’m at another pharmacy with inferior service and respect for customer service I truly miss that service that I received from that particular Walmart I really am disappointed in how one woman can ruin a pharmacy in days extremely disappointed in the management but I’ll prevail in the end

Love this store. Always clean and the staff is amazing, especially Karen & Gem from the morning shift. Definitely a 5 star experience every time.

About a week ago my baby was pretty sick needed to start antibiotics. Well I made it to the pharmacy right at 7 and they were closing up. I explained to ladies working what was going on. These ladies tried their best to get it filled before the registers kicked them out. Thanks again Irene, Ronette, and Jessica for staying later to help us.

I just checked out with a large two weeks of groceries and I was struggling until an Emplyee named Cassius showed up and helped me load to another cart and all the way through the checkout process! I haven’t seen such a Great Employee at a Walmart in Years! Professional and made my shopping experience so much better. If he isn’t a Manager He should be. I’ve managed employees my whole career and I can see THIS ONE IS A KEEPER! Thank you Cassius!

Quick, clean, convenient, overall a really good experience

This is a nice option to the super stores, much more compact like a regular grocery store but you still get the lower Walmart prices. There are no clerk checkout lanes, it is only self checkout here, if you need help tho they are more than willing to do your checkout and bag your groceries. Also plenty of motorized carts available if you shop during the week, weekend you can usually get one but there might be a short wait, they are also the newer carts so they work really well. All and all this is a great place to do grocery shopping and other items like personal hygiene. I recommend for sure.

Online Grocery Pick up was Fantastic!

I use the Wal-Mart pick up service almost 3-4 times a week. I never have to wait more than a few minutes for them to bring out my order. Very kind and very quick! The store is always clean inside and they are constantly restocking to make sure their customer's needs are met.

Ladies at the Bakery go above and beyond. The 2 not only wrote a custom message on a cake I bought, but found it was tampered with and got me another.
Store is always clean, employees are always kind and helpful, and it's not a crazy energy like some other grocery stores.

I just wanted to say Karen the lady at self checkout made me feel welcomed at this location. She stopped asked how my day was and was so friendly! I live about an hour away from pueblo and would support this location more than often because of this interaction. ❤

I was putting air in my tires when I noticed the inflator nozzle only let more air out. Heather came along and said she would refund my $2.00. She heard my complaint and understood my frustration. Thanks Heather for the AWESOME and friendly customer service! You are a wonderful employee.

It's really convenient you can get in & out quickly!! Staff is nice and helpful!! Love being able to get a rider easily since I'm disabled!! Can't say enough about the pharmacy staff - They are so nice and spend time explaining about your medicine to you!!

Lots of staff, very friendly. Everything well-stocked produce looked extremely fresh . . Only complaint would be self-checkout only option and not a fan of this.

We really like this Walmart. If we're running around town and think of something we need we stop there. Store is very clean,employees are helpful and friendly. We really need more Walmarts like this spread around town. I would love to see that happen!!!!

It is a well maintained store. All shelves were completely stocked. The personnel there are very friendly & helpful. I finally found a bakery that has long johns with actual cream filling. The produce department was neat & fully stocked. The breakfast meat section had a great assortment of breakfast link sausage & I had no trouble finding the baking soda in the pet department that is used for controlling pet odors in carpets. I wish this store was in Pueblo West! GREAT PLACE TO SHOP!!

The store is clean, stocked very well and employees are always friendly, considerate and helpful plus it's organized well so customers are able to go in and get what they are after quickly and conveniently. Great for when I'm in a hurry or when I am shopping for the week ahead.
