The customer service was awesome! Everyone smiling everyone was kind. The food came out fast and hot. Very impressed!

I also noticed the restaurant was Very Clean spotless floors. I like that. I also overheard how kind the supervisor was when addressing her employees. I like that. 😀. This is one of the best Arby's I've visited. Service is accurate and fast. The facilities are clean. I've been greeted with a friendly smile every time.

So it's an Arby's. You know what you will get when you order food there. It's not 5 star. It's Arby's. However, it is always clean when I am in there. Cleaner than most fast food places in the basin. I mean that's gotta count for something.

I'm not native to Vernal though I do have some family that is. Anytime I've been, the food is consistently good and well made while the customer service is amiably on par as well. Thanks for taking care of business and feeding me well. 🤙🐢

The restaurant was very clean when the cash register attendant wasn't taking money she was busy cleaning. I wish she would have helped get orders out because it took forever and I had to change my order to go it took so long. Food was good stuff was friendly

Staff have always been kind to me. The food is great, and I love their shakes! The price isn't bad especially with their frequent coupons. Highly recommended even during the pandemic. Nice and clean!

Wednesday was on the drive thru comm! Find out if you can hear her too. It made us giggle in our car! Plus, these people are some of the fastest in the business when you order a Dash from them.

We have not had any bad experience at Arby's their food is always fresh . We go to the Vernal Utah one and we pick oneveryone and we all have a good laugh some on the sweetest people , and very clean .

I don't come here often because the dining area is usually closed but the food is good (although it seems it's more expensive and much smaller portions from years ago.) The staff is usually helpful and friendly and the food/shakes is/are good.

Cleanest Arby's I have ever been in! Even the restroom was spotless. Food was a typical Arby's good fast food. Staff was super friendly.

Went there on July 20th, and the cashier girl Lili was super nice and really cute, she deserves a raise!

Always great food and let us walk up do to our rig being to big to drive through, which is awesome because other fast food joints won't always serve the truck drivers

When the craving for mocha milkshakes hits you, there's only one choice... ARBY'S!! It's been a very long time, more than five years, since my last visit to that place in my heart where exists all my comfort foods and treats. I was worried that this delight might have been sacrificed to the monsters of change and fashion and when I placed my order and they were still available I was overjoyed! I almost got out of my car to do "The Snoopy Dance!" HAPPY FEET!

Friendly service. Brought our meal to us since we were consumed in conversation. Delicious meal.
