The place was great for a quick stay! The only complaint I have is that the sheets are super scratchy, but I'm sure it's because they were new. The kitchenette was a lovely surprise, though!

Be sure to check the room for any broken furniture, toilet, faucets or any other electrical devices. We stayed there at Comfort inn the sink faucet was loose, I called the front desk the lady said she'd make a note of it and she never came to check it for herself. Now, we are being blamed for breaking a couch we never even sat on. If they did a through inspection of the room when we checked out then they could have brought it to our attention then. If they did do a through inspection when the other customer's were in that room they could have caught it then as well.
Be sure to always inspect your rooms when checking in and make sure the hotel staff come to your room and fix the problem or move you to another room.

This place was great. Super clean, nice rooms with all the basic amenities. The staff was very helpful. The hot breakfast was waffles and biscuits and gravy- we would have loved to have had a protein option- but Betty's Cafe, about a four minute drive down the road, fed us well! Lots of parking at the hotel... but there is only one way in and one way out... this both keeps patrons safer from nefarious people and makes the building a death trap should there be a fire. Over all, I recommend it for anyone who wants a clean and quiet room in a good location with all the basic amenities.

Only stayed 1 night but it was good enough. They had a strange setup in the foyer. It was 2 plastic folding tables in front of the check in desk(relic of Covid?). Made it inconvenient to talk to the receptionist. They also had a sign labeled staffing shortages so we had to use a phone to call for service. It wasn’t a bad experience but something I definitely didn’t expect to see. Everything seemed clean enough. Though there was mud tracked down one of the halls a good distance.

Very clean hotel. My belongings were safe and I didn't have to worry. Located right at the end of town, plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Had an excellent stay.

We had such a great experience here! The manager was so helpful and kind. We had our kids (3) and little dogs(2). Kids loved the pool! Clean rooms! Pet friendly!

I have stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, the climate control works flawlessly, if a bit loudly, and amazingly the shower pressure is pretty good. Large (about twice the size of a dorm) fridge is already cold when you enter your room, and there is a microwave (haven't used it), which is a nice touch. In room coffee is common these days, and this hotel doesn't disappoint there either.

The staff, especially Chelsea and Echo at the front desk, are all friendly, professional, and helpful. They quickly answered any questions I had, accommodated any requests I made, and their knowledge of local resources was encyclopedic.

The breakfast is what you expect from a free Choice Hotel breakfast, but fresh, hot, and plentiful. No complaints there.

Room 205 was very clean. King size bed and a jacuzzi. Watched TV while soaking in the jacuzzi. Large walk-in shower. If it is a must for you, there is a ventilation fan in the bathroom. Big Truck parking which is a plus if you have a large trailer. The hotel is close to town and has plenty of places for delivery. The staff were professional and courteous. Would be the best hotel if the TV was a little bigger. The platinum member parking is right up front. I stopped in to organize my jeep and clean the tent for the next national forest. Safe travels, from the little blue jeep.

From check-in, Marybeth was super friendly, to check-out, a very positive stay! I actually left a few jackets in a drawer and did not realize until we had left. I called the front desk and the Manager Sai held them until I had a family member retrieve. I have left several items in my travels over the years and NEVER been able to retrieve them. They always disappear or I am told, Nothing was left. The rooms were clean, the breakfast area was clean and the attendant was friendly and helpful. The management in Vernal is A+! I so appreciate a honest, clean, friendly environment. Defiantly recommend.

Great customer service! Employees all very nice and helpful. Super comfy beds and pillows. Clean all around. Breakfast is good. Only complaint is the dog area..need grass put in that area. Lots of stickers and tumbleweeds. Close to anything and everything you need!

Bryan was awesome! Super polite, and amazing help with checking us into our rooms. Vernal was sold out and I saw Bryan step up and perform his role effortlessly. He is awesome example of professionalism and doing his job diligently/efficiently. Thanks again Bryan you were awesome helping Cyrus and the group out.

Bryan, the front desk clerk, on Saturday morning at 4am was an example of exceptional service. I was reading in the lobby and watched him for a couple of hours. He greeted each guest with a cheerful, kind and helpful attitude. I rarely see good customer service now days. If I was the owner, I would promote Bryan in order to keep him employed.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the staff! We had to cancel our original reservations because of a medical emergency, but things worked out alright and we ended up coming anyway. Guafalupe was amazing and very helpful answering questions on the phone. When we checked in, the General Manager helped us check in to a Accessible room (because of my mom). Such a gentleman and so professional. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very very clean. In fact, entire hotel was spotless. We will definitely be coming back. Well done to the GM and his amazing staff.

Great accommodations... Rooms are clean and breakfast is outstanding. Free coffee in the evenings. Rooms are spacious and needs are very comfortable. My only complaint is that the check-in process is very slow.... Takes like 10 for the computer to catch up with the receptionist!!!

It was a great weekend getaway motel. We loved that the entire motel was smoke-free! The motel and our room were both very clean!!! The bed was harder than I would prefer and the pillows flatter. If I were to stay again, I would take my own pillow with me. The pool was rather small but it was regular (warm) pool temperature. We stayed over a very busy weekend and all the young families crowded into the pool made it impossible to actually swim but the kids still loved playing and jumping in the water. The breakfast included waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, small pastries, cold and hot cereal, yogurt, and fruit. They ran out of some foods (probably because the more was so busy) but what was available was delicious. The waffles were fun because they had regular batter and a fruit flavored batter. We would stay here again.

Very satisfied with my stay. Rooms were clean and the beds were cozy. I slept great. I got up in the morning and got a little workout in. The fitness room will get the job done.

Great place to stay...We decided to stay in vernal and looked up nearby hotels...this one was rated well with some of the best prices listed around. The check-in staff was amazing to work with, the rooms were nice. I slept quite well, and woke up to a nice country feel. The breakfast was great, Homemade waffles and biscuits with gravy were both among a variety of choices. Definitely a place I would stay at again.

Stayed here May 2021, masks still required in public areas. They have a small pool, gym, and breakfast/meeting room. Our room had two queens but I suspect they were double sized beds. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The room and hallways smelled pleasant. Breakfast was nice with typical fares. They let us check out late so we could shower after our race. They have parking for diesel trucks and large RVs with trailers. We would stay here again!

Loved staying here. Beds are comfortable, but watch out for the pull out couch. Yuck. All pull out couches are the worst, so I cannot reduce their rating for that. Decor is new and professional. Looks great. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast is great for a free, continental hotel breakfast -- It definitely offers much more variety than most and the food is fresh in the morning (and the staff is great).

My stay was excellent!!! Very good quality and affordable price. Desiree at the front desk was so friendly and helpful I rarely see such good customer service anymore. 5 stars just for her!! The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was also pretty good. I accidentally locked myself out of the room and the graveyard worker Aaron had to help me get back in. He to had excellent customer service skills!! I felt like I was staying with friends and family and look forward to my next stay here. I highly recommend staying here.
