D in the kitchen department was fantastic to work with. He helped with our cabinet order (in store pick up) & he took care of us all the way through and made sure that we got all the items we needed. Simply one of the busiest and packed-full-of-inventory Home Depots that I have shopped. Also one of the finest help desk crews ever. An employee named Miles spent 15-20 minutes with me, Googling Home Depot inventories and calling other stores when I discovered that the Gorilla Yard Wagon I wanted was out of stock. Their store's website said, "Limited Inventory" which I figured would mean any amount above Zero. It doesn't mean that in the Home Depot world, though, it means "We really don't know if we still have any in stock". Why not just be honest instead of playing this word game.

I think that their inventory management computer division needs to upgrade so that a Home Depot branch can reliably tell a future customer whether they sold the last one or not. A system should update immediately upon the sale of any inventory and not have to guess. Yes, there is another option - call and have an employee in that department go on the floor and physically check for the item. Sure, if you can get through via phone to that person, but it's not as easy as just calling in. And I know that you know what I mean. It's challenge for sure.

What's the catch? Why doesn't Walmart or Target have that problem? Or do they?

Well fortunately for me Miles found one, last Gorilla Wagon in Canon City, just 35 minutes away. I had already driven over 2 hours one-way from Folsom, NM, 30 minutes east of Raton, so an extra 1.5 hours round trip to Canon City and picking it up there wouldn't be too bad. It beats having to go to Denver. Miles is my new best friend at Home Depot and I'll be only shopping the Pueblo store henceforth. That's right, baby, henceforth.

This home Depot has provided our home probably 50% of all its furnishings. Conveniently located off of I-25 in pueblo. Customer service is very friendly sometimes there have been delays but has not stopped us from returning here. Closest Depot to us 100 mi away. Would be awesome if they ever built one in Alamosa Colorado area.

Whenever we need something for our projects at home, we can always rely on Home Depot for our needs!

I bought a washer and dryer. Delivery and set-up took less than thirty minutes. The cost of the pair was discounted due to the Presidents Day Sale.

In the time when "Big Box Stores" have become a pariah to consumers, it's refreshing when the employees restore the sense of community. I am a disabled veteran, establishing an apartment during my travel restrictions and rehabilitation. I ordered a small freezer to be delivered. Fedex was the carrier. I was hoping the driver would at least bring it inside. Instead, the driver literally escaped avoiding any contact. The freezer arrived dented and damaged. The box too appeared to have hastily resealed.
Enter Mr Joshua V, MOD and asst manager at the store I had ordered it from. Joshua immediately understood my frustration and jumped into action. Within moments Joshua located a replacement and a plan to come and replace the damaged freezer. True to his word, Joshua himself arrived at my home the following day with the replacement. He removed the damaged freezer and set up the replacement. Additionally he fully refunded me for the damaged one and discounted the replacement saving me nearly $200.
Joshua is the epitome of customer service. He is a shining example of how the Big Box Stores can restore consumer and community faith. Thank you

Friendly staff, clean very organized and always have good deals. Lots of Christmas stuff now plus all kinds of gifts for everyone and anyone! This inflatable was just 20 bucks!

Everyone is always nice for the most part. They don’t always have what you are looking for however since this is the smallest Home Depot in the entire state-they simply don’t have the space

I just have one negative. You should have registers at both ends, not just way on one side. Other than that, I love the store and the employees.

It's another Home Depot people, you've seen one, you've seen them all. The only real change is the location, depending on the location, you will find things you may not at another store.

Everybody was awesome there being my first time making a big purchase in this store. But one employee in particular was of great help. I think his name was Nate, young guy with a bunch of tattoos. He was very knowledgeable in his store and certain products that I was asking about. I Look forward to shopping with them over the next 4 weeks.

James and Travis provided the best customer service we have received in a long time. They responded quickly to customize our blinds and went above and beyond with great attitudes when there was an issue that needed corrected. Superb employees!!!

I came on a day that they were understaffed (5/16 afternoon)the traffic was low. Anyone that stepped up to pull a shift is awesome. I felt more welcome and helped from these suffering employees than most times coming there. Some of the faces I recognized. Gilley in particular made sure I was taken care of. Even in a moment I would have taken a day later pick up he made sure I got my paid items that day(it was an item requiring a forklift). The crew should be appreciated for dealing with a heavy workload and adapting to understaffed situations. Thank you!

My experiences here are usually good.
I did have an issue on a recent purchase where I bought out all the items of a flashing they had in the store. I pre-purchases some more. When I went in to pick them up, someone had canceled my order and didn't let me know. This was disappointing. I called back and spoke to Josh who was the manager on duty and told him of my issue. Josh drove to a Colorado Springs store the next day and personally picked up the pieces I needed. 👍👍 to Josh. Thank you!
