I recently hired Trujillo's Cleaning Service to help me with a massive house cleaning project in Trinidad, CO, and I couldn't be more pleased with their outstanding work. To begin with, both my Mother and I are not from Colorado, and we were not familiar with any services in the area. I had reached out to Larry, to receive and estimate, he arrived the next day, promptly provided an estimate, and the following week, he and his team were on location every day from 7am-6pm. From start to finish, they delivered exceptional service that went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Trujillo’s Cleaning Company, we had an emergency and they got us in right away. When they came out the gentleman was very informative and made sure we were comfortable with everything they were doing. Our carpets came out so clean and better than we could have ever expected.

Let me begin by saying Larry and the rest of Trujillo's will take care of you. If you need them, just go ahead and give them the call.

I called Larry for a VERY large job; cleanout and disposal for the contents my mother's house which had fallen into a state of hoarding and disarray following her passing. I am in Texas and came up for 4 days believing myself, my wife, and two of our friends could handle the project. We were very wrong, and I was pretty emotionally strung out to see my childhood home in the state it was in. I will spare details, but our second adventure into the home required gloves and respirators.

Larry took a morning call the Wednesday between Christmas and New Years and said he could be out to walk the house with us shortly, in fact he beat us there. He was kind and reassuring through our distress over the house and offered examples of similar projects he and his team had undertaken in the past. Larry took photos and had a no BS estimate to me that evening; for the amount of work he and his crew were getting into it was a steal. I paid Larry the first half of the cost and gave him a key, which he promptly used to reassess and game plan the removal that Friday, literally three days after we first called him.

Fast forward to 2023 and I have returned to Texas and resumed my work as a doctoral student. Since the beginning of the job (over 20 days ago) I have received 8 phone calls detailing the progress and clarifying details in addition to multiple progress photos. Not only that, but Larry diligently handled our mementos and heirlooms (which were inaccessible to us during our visit), placing them in a designated room for us. When these mementos were accidentally thrown away he had a member of his crew crawl into the rollaway dumpster to retrieve them. Truly, unbelievable service.

In addition to cleanout Larry helped orchestrate property beautification and deep cleaning services as to make the house sale ready upon completion. Larry told me at the time of estimate "this is the price from here to spotless, shining house" and he did not lie.

Trujillo's was amazing! They were prompt and honest in their pricing and worked diligently to remove dirt, grime, pet stains and some horrific stain we were never able to determine the source of. Our carpets have never looked better and their friendly service and their quality of work was impeccable. I would highly recommend Trujillo's to everyone.

I called several carpet cleaning companies and Trujillos was the only one avaliable to come on such short notice. I had a small flood and my carpets needed to get extracted and they did a wonderful job! Highly recommend.

I am greatly pleased with the response and work done by Trujillo Cleaning Company. We had bought an older home and noticed during the winter an excessive amount of dust in the air and on surfaces. We called Trujillos Cleaning Company to come and clean the duct work. They were prompt, professional and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone. I have worked with Trujillo's on two separate occasions. They did an air duct cleaning and a flood restoration issue. On both occasions, they were very responsive, on-time, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I plan to use them again for anything that comes up in Colorado Springs or Westcliffe where I have homes.

Just bought a new home and decided to get my carpet cleaned, and he left it brand new. Took out all the stains it had previously. It didn't take a long time either. It dried the next day. Larry was super friendly and professional. I will be using his services in the future!!

Thank you Trujillo's for your excellent customer service yesterday. JJ came on the same day I called and my dryer vent had severe blockage. It was a difficult job but JJ was persistent until the problem was cleared and now my dryer is working like new. Lesson learned.....call Trujillo's before anyone else. ThankyouThankyou!!
