Delicious fresh meal, I had the carnitas,Husband had 2 burritos chile was so tasty,, so good ,I had to save some for breakfast, very generous portion, My husband and I got to enjoy The time with cook,waitress, and others eating there,it was Very Pleasant. And very good,,they have fresh food ,You can hear the food being cooked in a pan,,We will be back for more good meals, God Bless These People and the people that come to enjoy their delicious meals,,Thank You.,

This was an amazing place to eat. If you are looking for food like grandma made this is it! One of the best meals I have had on the road. The service was quick and it was great to see a family still making a living in such up and down times. A huge thank you to them!

Good little place. Service is good, Food is great. I recommend the breakfast chicken enchiladas with an egg on top smothered in green Chile!

My husband and I stopped by after a day out and oh my! I can't say enough great things! The food was awesome, the staff was sweet and all the food was very quick! We will absolutely be back. I strongly recommend the green chili, its got a little kick (I'm also a wimp) it is out of this world!!!

True Mexican food! I felt like I was at home with my parents, especially around my dad in the kitchen in my younger years. 😊 Don't let this place fool you. This is very true Mexican dishes with a lot of love and flavor from a wonderful couple. Took me years to come across true home made red chili sauce besides my dad's recipe that I was raised up in. Truly wonderful food straight from the soul of a family.🤗

Outstanding, traditional Mexican food! Don't be fooled by the exterior or the lack of frou-frou decorations inside. You don't get or need that at Cuca's. It's about the food and the kind people making and serving it.
Caution: The green chile is quite picante and is for those who are accustomed to eating the higher heat levels. That being said, it's not so spicy that it loses its flavor to the heat.
Cuca's is the kind of place that makes the Pueblo Chile shine.
Highly recommend.

This food was AWESOME and so flavorful!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽 It felt and smelled just like being in Mexico all over again. I had the menudo with fresh made corn tortillas. YUMMY! The portions are HUGE!

Amazing food, reminded me of being in my grandmothers kitchen. Generous portions very clean very cozy. I have been searching for an authentic Mexican restaurant with great food and service and I have found it I will definitely be returning.

Very delicious food, if you haven't eaten here you must, it is way better than Taco Stop by far thumbs 👍 😀. Also the prices are unbeatable for the amount of food you get.

The absolute best Mexican food in Pueblo. Cuca is authentic and you can taste the love that she puts into her cooking. The smothered breakfast burrito is my favorite pleasure when I am craving amazing green chili.

Went here thanksgiving morning for my huevos rancheros fix and this place did not disappoint! We were the only ones there but the guy working was super friendly and welcoming. Food was top notch. Excellent green chili, perfectly cooked eggs, delicious potatoes, rice and beans. I will try to come back every time we visit my fiancé’s family in Pueblo. Wish we had food like this in Georgia!
