Great customer service by both employees present at the time. My fitting was really thorough and they really were helpful and great information and suggestions. Thank you for a great experience I will be coming back for those others here soon. And to my guy who put his life back together it’s good seeing you shine. Good luck on your new career. Where we came from we overcame keep being you my friend. That other company lost someone very valuable. Keep that shine on.

Went with my husband to get new work boots as a first time customer…. And wow!!! Alan was absolutely awesome! Made us feel like family! Over the mood excited about the purchase and we will be lifelong customers! The whole experience was so worth it!

I walked in and met Brian. I explained my need for comfortable and supportive shoes. He measure my feet manually as well as electronically and we found that I have been buying the wrong size for years. He went and found a pair he thought I would like and no joke it's the most comfortable boot I've ever worn. I mentioned looking for something nice for the office and he brought out a pair of slate classic moc and that was it. I left with 2 excellent pairs of boots and plan to go back for the beautiful iron ranger pair. Working with Brian was fantastic he made excellent recommendations as well as taking the time to walk me through how to care for each pair. I cannot recommend the pueblo site enough.

Dave was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient while my husband tried on several different boots, even suggesting a completely different Red Wing boot than he had ever had. Highly recommend this store.

Allen was the most amazing at explaining to me the reason for my pain in my feet and why I haven’t ever wore a boot so amazing i absolutely love these boots I will never wear anything other than a red wing again!!!!

Awesome quality boots and stellar service. Stacy is very knowledgeable of the boots she sells and taught me something about my feet, I had no idea that I needed arch supports but my feet feel great with the new boots and the in-souls! I've been on my feet for 47 years and thought I knew them well but she showed me that I have very high arches which explains why my feet hurt so much lately.
Also the purchase of the boots comes with LIFETIME BOOT MAINTENANCE! I had no idea Red Wing offered this. I'm very glad that I went in to her store today.

These folks are awesome. Alan gave expert class service. Only place I ever buy work boots and orthotics. Well worth the money.

Always rechecks to make sure shoe and orthotic has not changed. I have enough issues with neuropathy.

Still couldn't be happier with these boots. Had them add the toe guard on my first oiling because it was chewing up the toes at work and it has also been Great! Allen is always amazing and informative!

I called in and talked with Anthony about my winter boots. I told him I wanted to buy boot stretchers and he helped me with everything I asked. He then asked me if by chance they were Redwing boots as l then replied that they were but I had bought them a year ago. He proceeded to tell me that they can stretch them for me in store. He was very helpful over the phone. Anthony and Alan then took care of me and my boots in store and am gonna pick them up later in the week. I really appreciated the fact that he told me about them doing it in store before I spent money and possibly ruined my boots trying it on my own. I will definitely buy here more often.

Great customer service! They helped me find the exact size of boots I needed. I also got a pair of socks and insoles, my feet are not hurting at all after I get off work now.

Prices may seem high but you get a year warranty on boots, soles and laces and lifetime on socks and they also service your boots I believe as I was told to come back monthly so they can check the wear and clean them.

I really enjoy shopping here. The store is clean, organized and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

The staff there was very friendly and informative when it came to purchasing the boots and orthotics that I needed. The boots are also very high quality and well worth the pricing.

Allan was great!!! He did measurements and got me into the right boots, that’s best for my environment of my industry along with insoles and socks for a complete foot wear setup.

I’ve bought multiple pairs of redwing boots, and i have never received this level of customer service, to make sure they are as comfortable as they could be. Even put me on the machine to see exactly how my arches were, and my step, which no other redwing store has ever done. Above and beyond is all i can say. 💯

Allen was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have always bought my “work boots” from country western stores and I have never been fully satisfied with their work boots. Not only did I get a pair of the most comfortable but I got socks and insoles to complete them. To top it off I learned redwing provides their customers with outstanding warranties and free services. I am extremely satisfied with my visit today and will continue to support their business.

My experience at Red Wing shoe was absolutely the best. Brandon the representative at the store was very attentive to my needs. Went out of his way along with the manager helped get me into a great pair of Irish setter steel toe boots...

This place is amazing. The customer service is great. We had to get my husband a good work boot. They fit my husband with inserts for his arch and a bunch of other stuff. Life time bit worth the money.
