I am a case Manager in town and work with individuals with disabilities and they go above and beyond.

THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING!!! I bought a walker from them and with in 2 weeks my seat came off with the pieces holding it together. After calling them and telling them my problem they had a guy over the next day to my place and had it fixed and even made it safer for me! Thanks again Raid Medical team.

Fast service is just my favorite part. They really put the Rapid Medical in the Rapid Medical Supplies

The people are great to work with. I am having a small issue today with them, we dot a call saying our order was on its way Friday, well today is Wednesday the next week and my husband still doesn't have anything but like I said everyone is so nice I have a feeling we will have this taken care of soon.

The owner should change this from " Medical Clinic " to " Medical Supply Service "

Poor service, which is unacceptable when you're in any type of medical field. They left a message saying my order was ready for pick up. When I arrive, I'm told that they put it on the delivery truck. Had to race home to meet with the delivery driver. Wasted my time over an order that wasn't supposed to be delivered in the first place. To top it off, the driver gets rude for not getting a tip.

Help yourself somewhere else. These people were rude and inconvienced when after 3 weeks of waiting just to get measured by someone for a chair, I called again (an every day thing ) and was told I could go to the office instead of waiting for the delivery man to measure me??? Get real.

I was referred here for compression stockings.i was frustrated because most places will not deal with insurance because of the product. Rapid medical does take insurance with a prescription which would have been no problem but since NOT ONE sales person offered insurance i paid cash and am on a fixed income. My neighbor got hose through her insurance so when I called to confront them the customer service was awful. She told me they tell you about insurance NO THEY DO NOT!!! Horrible customer service The Worst and she was so rude.

I will not use this company again.
I am a home health nurse that has tried using this company for patient supplies twice and it will never happen again. The first time was a wound care patient that did not receive any supplies for over a month, and when they did they were the wrong supplies. The second, they apparently forgot to open the patient's file to begin working on getting the supplies.
They did not communicate with me at all when there was an issue, or something else that was needed. The only time I found out that they were waiting on something, or didn't receive something (orders, MD information, etc.) was when I contacted them to see what the status was on the order.
At no point did they call to verify that an order was correct or if there was anything else they needed. Any issue that came up was of course someone else's fault. Either the doctor didn't send them what they needed, or the supply company didn't deliver on time. There was absolutely no accountability whatsoever.
I will never use this company again, you shouldn't either.

Rude, lazy and incompetent. They deliver damaged goods and then are taken aback when asked for a replacement; or simply refuse to replace the damaged item. I have never seen employees at a business so totally inconvenienced when asked to do their job.
