Pueblo DMV

This place is awesome! I made a last minute appointment for today and when I got there I was brought right in and might’ve had a 15 minute wait then everything was processed very quickly and professionally for my daughter’s drivers license! The staff we dealt with were very nice! We would’ve had to wait two weeks at the Colorado Springs office , this was definitely worth the extra 40 minute drive! Thanks again y’all!

I love how they cost so much money and r so controlling. I also love the fact that my case was dropped, but they still want me to do certain things to meet their needs....not we the peoples needs, their needs! I also love the fact that the suppreme court has decided that the right to travel is a NECESSITY! and a right!.... I live at the top of a mountain. How am I supposed to get water when I have a water truck, and no money to pay for someone to deliver?

I was able to make a same day appointment online. I was half an hour early, and was able to be seen pretty quickly. I felt like the whole experience was great. All the staff were really nice and helpful, they answered all my questions. I highly recommend coming to this DMV to get your driver's license.

Please note that you can now make appointments online for your license or state ID - a huge convenience to avoid the crowds! I went in recently and found the office to be well staffed, and everyone was friendly. (I think perhaps they’re less harried - and the customers less grouchy - now that they have the appoimentment system.) I was really pleased! Now if they would just allow you to take your own pic in. UGH!

Didn't have an appointment, so we decided to sit and wait ... We were actually served rather quickly both ladies that we interacted with were extremely friendly.

Renewing license was very easy. Nice folks working here. Seems like workers were constantly smiling and laughing when interacting with the public.

Had the best DMV experience EVER!!
Checked in by text upon arrival, walked in and was greeted by name and immediately went to window to be served at exact appt time.

Each worker was friendly and professional!!!! This was a real treat and reminder of what good customer service and respect for customer's time is all about.

Will always choose this DMV over the ones closer to where I live in Springs

Post COVID they got their stuff together. They seem much faster now

The lady at the front table should be given an award for grace under fire. She completely kept her cool with the guy behind me who kept trying to get his business ahead of mine, and went to quite a bit of trouble to make sure I had every form, instruction, address and phone number I'd need to get my rather complicated business taken care of in the simplest and fastest way. I'm very grateful! She's a winner.

I made an appointment and I was done in 20 minutes. The people who didn't have an appointment seemed to be getting through in a timely manner. Their system seems to go much better and faster. Also, the employees were very nice.

They want you to make an appointment, but even though they were busy we were allowed to wait and they got us in within an hour. They were really kind to one of the other guests there with a mental disability and helped him a lot. In general it was a pleasant visit

Got in on time. People there were very helpful!

The appointment system seems to work well. The person before me showed up late for his appointment and it pushed mine back by 15 minutes. The staff was very apologetic, but if you have the ability to show up early please do so as it can help everyone in the process. Staff was courteous and quick and I was out the door in 15 min, satisfied with my experience.

Best DMV experience ever! I made an appointment a week ago. Both of my teen girls needed State ID’s. Also need to get new SS cards, but weren’t able to without ID. All they needed was their birth certificates, SS numbers, my DL and 2 proofs of address. Done! I’m so relieved! Yay! 😊
The employees were all very helpful and friendly and helped us with everything so efficiently. We were in there less than 30 minutes for both girls!

The people i dealt with were friendly. Also gave me the information i needed. They were quick at processing me through. Def one of the easier dmv experiences i have had.

Worth the drive! I was very pleased with the quick efficient service, the fellow who took my picture was kind and I cannot say the same for the Colorado Springs location! I have grown tired of the Union location it's always filthy in there and the staff are just plain rude, not to mention their appointments were booked for the next 6 weeks! I will be coming here to Pueblo for all my future (state not county) DMV needs. Clean and tidy and most importantly POLITE service and not too far from the highway! Cannot recommend enough!

Had an appointment. Walked right in and immediately saw a clerk. Fast service. Longest wait was for the picture taking. But the good part always takes longer.
