I had accidentally booked a smaller car and everything was booked for Father’s Day so there was literally nothing left in the lot. Thanks to April and her team they rounded up an SUV that was exactly what I needed and it made my trip turned out unexpectedly well. A great professional group of folks!

Patricia, the branch manager, went above and beyond to take care of our need. She made sure we had the car when we needed it. She worked through challenges with our auto insurance and made sure that we, as the customer, were well taken care of. Thank you.

I don't think I've ever met nicer people to deal with. They saved us twice in two weeks, going out of their way to make sure we got a vehicle, very last minute once, and a discount once because they were worried the air conditioner wasn't working properly after the previous user reported it wasn't working. It worked, the vents were just closed. April and Patricia are both simply good humans, and I'm so thankful for them.

Absolutely wonderful! Customer service = excellent. Car = very clean. Detailed walk around and damage detail prior to me leaving. No wasted time during check in; yet very friendly and didn't make me feel rushed either. Lastly - they will drop off a car at the local FBO for you if you are a pilot and will pick it up for you on your return. I will not use anyone else!

Our car broke down while on vacation near Vernal and they were able to set us up with a rental car the same day for a great price. Saved our family vacation while we were waiting for our car to be fixed. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with, highly recommend.

We rented a car for a week for our vacation. I booked the car back in March for our June vacation. I had to call back once because the flight time was changed. From the first phone call, April was very pleasant and accommodating. Upon arriving, April and Pat both made us feel welcome. Very customer oriented. Thanks for the great service.
