I'm writing on behalf of my friend who is having trouble writing a review from her phone. My friend, a former nurse, takes her cousin there for his appointments and helps him with his medical affairs. She has been trying to get a MRI referral for him for a over a month.

She called the office today and spoke with a Marcella about the referral. And it turned out that she sent the referral to Parkwest, rather than sending it to Parkview.

Marcella, rather being professional and offering to correct the mistake. She was accusatory towards my friend and hateful with her.

My friend says the staff is unprofessional and Dr. Ortegon himself is arrogant and cocky and unprofessional as well. And she highly recommends that you go somewhere else.

My mother & father had been patients of Dr. Ortegon's for over 6 yrs. My mom passed away April 30th & needless to say at that time the Dr received some lab results bk of my father's that showed a medication he was taking was causing his kidneys to shut down well at that time my father should've been referred to a nethrologist(kidney specialist) but wasn't. My father's condition worsened & every time my father seen the Dr after that he just told my father to stop drinking water & loose weight. Well needless to say because of Dr Anthony Ortegon's negligence of taking care of my father, my father is in memorial hospital with kidney failure which caused water on his lungs, fluid around his heart & his heart had been badly strained from this & 2 blood clots..... Dr. Ortegon is a murderer not a Dr

Most of the staff is ignorant and rude. I caught 2 of them gossiping about me, not knowing that I could hear them, since I was in the lab unbeknownst to them (I could hear every word they said). I was very ill and they thought it was funny. When I went to complain to the office manager, she was extremely rude and refused to hear me out. A large man who works there attempted to intimidate me and literally forced me out of the office.

They have a doctor there that is very unprofessional and they take forever to see your doctor and they called me two different times to remind me of my doctors appointment with this same doctor kayla @8:45 a.m. I'm there on time and she says she can't see me but I can see the doctor in the back playing with her baby.
