Urgent Care - Southern Colorado Clinic

Always so helpful, respectful and understanding towards my Autistic sons being a little difficult. Very patient and kind from checking in, to going back and even exiting. I live in the north side and still make the drive all the way across town because there nowhere that has ever made us feel more comfortable and welcome. Thank you to everyone that works there!! Keep doing what you do, you're efforts are greatly appreciated. God bless

Saw Harry for an ear infection. Nurse asked a TON of questions which was AWESOME and different for Pueblo. Harry was so friendly and thorough. God bless you guys. No other place in this city treats me like a human.

Dr. Aragon has a wonderful bedside manner and was familiar with my rare illness and the medications I cannot take because of it. He was extremely helpful and the staff were all so kind and wonderful!

Excellent care. Receptionist was kind. I didn’t have to wait very long at all, as I was a walk in. MA was professional and nice. Physician was excellent. Was friendly, caring and explained in detail my diagnosis and the medication he would prescribe. ( I think it was DR. Harry) I could be wrong , as I was not feeling well and not sure if I remember his name correctly. Extremely satisfied!

I visited cuz I wasn't feeling well and I thought I had covid and they tested me and I was positive for covid.
The lady at the front desk was very nice to me.
The MA was also very nice.
The Dr was also very nice.
All of the interaction I had at this clinic was great! The only thing that was bad were my test results.
I would definitely recommend this office if you aren't feeling well after hours or the weekend.

At my recent, unexpected visit to The Urgent Care (Southern Colorado Clinic - Ivywood) I had a positive patient experience with a short wait time. The staff were friendly and the facility appeared to be very clean. I am especially thankful for Harry Aragon, NP, who spent time with me and listened to my concerns. He was attentive and didn't make me feel rushed. Thank you!

I was there as a walk-in, and everything was great. Minimal wait time and the staff was friendly and welling to answer any questions.

What a beautiful medical office both inside and out, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. Christina Oldfield, her nurses, and the registration staff were all very friendly, helpful and full of smiles. As someone who doesn't care to visit the doctor they all helped make the experience that much easier.

All the staff was efficient and timely. That’s what you want when you don’t feel good. I have been there before. Good work.

I feel super satisfied with the care and treatment they give. Urgent care on Ivywood in pueblo 81005. Dr DANIKA was amazing. She carefully listened and took everything into consideration. Got my son and grandson taken care of same day. All the staff was super, keep up the good work!

This place was incredible. The staff was wonderful. Sandy at the front desk had impeccable manners and was very polite. I witnessed another patient yell and call her names; she remained calm and professional during the whole conversation. The MA Kayla was so kind and treated me with respect. she listened to me and was very relatable. I saw her help another pt who was illiterate, she never judged and only helped out that patient. The provider was great and didn't make me feel rushed. I could tell the clinic was understaffed, but they still went above and beyond. I've truly never received better care than this place. I would 10/10 recommend going to this urgent care. :)

The wait was a little long but I think they only had one provider at the time and it was on a Saturday. Everyone from the front desk lady to the doctor were awesome. Super nice. I drove all the way down from Colorado Springs because 1) none of the Urgent Cares in CS are open on Saturday and 2) the two I've visited in CS are not awesome. I've always felt like I wasn't being listened to and have always had a bad experience. But this visit to Urgent Care Ivywood was great! Thanks 😁

My husband and I have been here a few times, and they have always been great. Careful, thorough, approachable. Just wonderful bedside manner. Very practical, especially with Covid. Glad to have them as a part of our care-team.
