I just wanted to take the time to say what a great experience my girlfriend and I had with her hysterectomy surgery. From the friendly free valet, to admissions, to the whole nursing team evening went way better than expected. Everyone was super professional, kind, and caring. We never felt like "just another patient". Everyone was very attentive and committed what they were doing as they completed every step. The text alert system kept me up to date on her procedure the entire time. I never had to worry about what was happening or when they would finish. This is exactly how medical care should be done. Thank you so very much to the same day surgery team and kudos to your professionalism and level of patient care!

I had same day surgery there, and I wanted to express my gratitude to the nursing staff and doctors who took care of me. Everyone was an angel making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Amazing group,they all work together to ensure you are well taken care of.

My daughter-in-law was giving birth to our granddaughter here at Parkview Medical and my husband and I were so impressed with how nice everyone was here. From the receptionist at the front, to the security guards and all of the medical staff. Everyone was so sweet and congratulated us as we walked through the maternity ward.
This lady at the gift shop was especially awesome! We wanted to get momma a gift and not only was she very patient, she also helped us put the gift together so it looked nice although they didn't really have any gift wraps or bags. Thank you everyone!! The experience was awesome!!

Was transfered here from Pueblo west ER to undergo emergency gallbladder surgery the next morning and the care I received here was AMAZING absolutely life changing at helping me manage pain until I could have the surgery. Every doctor and nurse was kind and patient and helpful. So very very caring.

Just received a letter from three of the staff that helped, Amber and Zana were main nurses and RN was Erin wishing me well. It literally has made my day and even happier with my care. Imma put it on my bulletin board. I've now had two surgeries in my life and they all made this as painless and quick as possible to get back in my feet

Last week we had our twins at this hospital with our surrogate. We came in earlier than anticipated and the entire staff was so accommodating and kind. Kristin, the Director, has floor 5’s birthing unit running super smooth. All our nurses and the Nursery were kind and took their time with any thing we needed. The only thing that would have made the 48 hour stay better would have been a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. But there is a microwave in the floor for use. Dr. Niemet was absolutely amazing! I would recommend this staff to anyone in the area or surrounding areas that is having a baby.

Very good hospital,offer the best Care,an the best Doctors an Nurses, with latest technology to verify what problem you may be experiencing, as I had a major surgery here few years back, an treat you like Family. Welcome To Pueblo.

After no help in Cañon City Hospital, I went to Parkview and they got me in right away and I got all my questions answered and had a surgery the next day! I'm very happy with the way they treated my family and I. Very professional, kind and efficient!

Great staff, amazing performance and have saved my life a dozen times over. Been coming here for 3-5 years nearly every month (4-7 day stays).
Thier equipment is top notch and staff is super accommodating. Most frustrating part is getting a room, but once admitted I prefer it over some vacations.
You won't always get what YOU want, but you will get what you need so be a patient.
As I enjoy community service and volunteering they'll be on my list this year.
Last point on the staff (trust me they are the KEY to why it opperates so well) is many drive 50+ miles to work here vs CS, they could work closer family, and have better pay BUT when u have a masterpiece... you dont let the colors run, u preserve every single shade, every vibrant stroke, every perfection, every thing. Its the standard I'll compare every hospital to in my travels.

June 16th, 2023 I had major back surgery and the outcome was amazing! From the beginning to the end of my stay, everyone treated me extremely well and took great care of me. The nurses on the 5th floor rock!

I accompanied my husband on an emergency visit for an almost week-long migraine. Every single person on staff that we interacted with was kind, professional, and clearly cared about my husband's wellbeing. He has had numerous experiences at other facilities where the medical staff rushed him through his appointment and dismissed many of his concerns without any discussion. Our nurse Ashley and Dr. Geiger, on the other hand, took their time with us to explain what they would do for my husband and to address all of our concerns. When Dr. Geiger first left our room, my husband commented, "It felt like he actually saw me." It's a shame that this isn't the standard healthcare experience in this country but I am very happy with the care we received from this medical center. Now all that's left is to get the bill... :)

My grandma had amazing care while there! Soooo thankful! God is good! He guided ALL staff! Dr, nurses, All staff! Experts, HOUSEKEEPING! 2nd floor was an amazing team! 💪 Forever thankful! ❣ 🙏 kudos to Samantha aka Sam. She jumped on her gut feeling and she is an awesome RN 🫂

Erin H in labor and delivery (night shift) is an absolute saint. She made my birthing experience so memorable in a good way. The true definition of a good nurse. Grateful for everyone who helped through my delivery, but Erin was above par. If you have her as your delivery nurse then know you are in great hands.

On May 14th, 2023 I arrived for Lithotripsy surgery at Parkview Hospital, when I arrived everyone was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time there and I didn't know my way around, even the security guards went out of there way to show me the areas I needed to go to. The nursing staff were very friendly and professional. They explained everything in good details about my surgery before and after the procedure would take place. My surgery went great, had no pain, they made sure that I was safe before and after the procedure. after my release they went out of their way to contact me to see how I was feeling a day after my surgery. I really appreciated that they checked on me. I wanna thank Dr. Michael Glass and the nursing staff at Parkview for making me feel comfortable and safe during my surgery. God bless you all.

I had a medical emergency my needs were addressed immediately, everyone was kind and professional. I had to be admitted and was a patient for 11 days. Nurses were wonderful. Doctors very kind and professional. They helped me to understand what was going on with me. All CNAs, cleaning staff were incredibly kind and professional. I felt well cared for.

The continually gives 5 star service. Keeps you informed during your care process.

I love the nursery. Those nurses are in there loving and caring for your babies. Just know that I love this place and would recommend to every pregnant woman in Pueblo. I had a wonderful experience but the food was not good after 2pm, just warning you!

Im actually sitting here recovering from a labor the night before, and I just wanted to be sure to let people know the truth. I’ve been nothing but taken care of with best intentions in the Labor and Delivery section. The staff even with the shift change has been nothing but amazing. I can’t speak for the separate wards in the whole hospital; but as far as moving here three weeks ago, getting an OB established and getting the care we need, it’s been top notch. Thank you staff at Park View for your honesty and ability to give good care. I felt safe the whole time I was here.

My dad has been in the ICU for over 150 days and the nurses know him by name and love him. Thank you Medical ICU team for giving us comfort in such difficult times.

I have been to the Parkview hospital Emergency Room. My experience was top notch I was treated with the most excellent care. I have ever gotten in any medical facility. My 3 year old grandson is currently a patient at parkview and is being taken care of in "Kid ville" all I can say is Thank you! I was able to spend the day with him in his room, I can not say enough about this, the care was/is excellent, the room very clean and comfortable, the food has good choices and very tasteful. Did I mention the care was "above and beyond." Thank you Parkview for restoring my thought on what Hospital Care is really all about.
