I always but at Furniture Row. The prices are right and the quality is better than all the others. I needed a small recliner for my bedroom in my new house. I found the perfect chair and ordered it in the fabric of my choice. I love it. Customer service is always great. Thank you

My husband and I were able to look at a huge selection of couches and recliners with no pressure from a sales person. In fact, Maxine, our sales person was so nice, she explained everything we asked about the various pieces. When we selected what we wanted, she went through all we needed and set up delivery for us. I love the no pressure sales and a well informed sales person.

Rowan took her time to help us find the right Sofa and bed for us! Thank you so much! And also I want to give a big shout out to Joshua P. From Denver Mattress he also took his time to make sure we get our stuff delivered and helped me pick out the most comfortable mattress! Thank you guys so much! Michael the manager at the Pueblo Colorado store was very helpful, professional and never made me feel like I had just walked on a used car lot. He wasn’t a pushy salesman, let me browse the store and answered all my questions! Great experience!

I went in and did some window shopping, browsed some other stores, then decided to call in from home later on and see if I order the chair I wanted that way as it was late and snowy. While I was in the store Rowan was so pleasant and helpful and when I called in, Terrence made it so easy to order over the phone. Wonderful customer service all round. It's so nice when things are easy, not many things in life tend to work that way it seems. Waiting for my chair to arrive in 1-2 weeks!

I've never been to this store till yesterday. Relaxed atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and a streamlined process. I'm extremely satisfied with our selection!
