Dr. Zirker was super great! My son loved that he joked around with him. Dr. Zirker was genuinely concerned about us! Our hygienists and the office staff were great too! They all let us know what’s going on, were gentle and friendly! We are very happy with our new dentist!

What a delightful experience it is to visit Zirker Family Dentistry! This last visit was so amazing. The dental technician, Abigail took great care of me as we chatted and she set me at ease preparing for my dental work. This visit was to fix a very old filling that had grown tired and was causing me to get food stuck between my back molars. I can't think of a more pleasant dentist than Zed Zirker. The numbing shot was expertly placed, the procedure meticulously performed with precision and skill. And huge bonus, no pain or complications within hours.

Zirker Dentistry always has a cozy and friendly environment with superb service. The hygienist’s are all extremely personable and very gentle. Probably the best cleaning I have ever had. They see my whole family from toddlers up. My kids always get so excited for their dentist appointment and have no anxiety even when work is required. I also have to mention how great the front desk is, they always goes over and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I recommend Zirker Dentistry to anyone looking for a great family dentist! :)

My visit to Dr. Zirker was one of the best I ever experienced for one who always feared going to the dentist I was so impressed with the whole visit from the moment I walked in everyone was so accommodating and friendly it put me at ease when the Doctor came to me he was so personable and addressed me in such a comfortable way explaining all that I would be experiencing that soon my apprehension melted away. Even when the procedure was taking place he engaged me and made sure I was comfortable during my time under the drill. I would highly recommend anyone with dental issues to visit Dr Zirker.

I had a crown done recently and was shown how the mold for the crown was digitally designed and then milled. It was interesting to see how the crown was made. Dr. Zirker and Abigail made sure I was comfortable and experiencing no pain during the process. Dr. Zirker made a follow-up call the next morning to make sure the crown was fitting well and that there was no pain; which I appreciated. I have always found the entire staff at Zirker Family Dentistry to be very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Zirker is amazing! I always know what his plan is and what we need to do next to have my best smile. His staff is incredible.

It would be next to impossible for me to feel any more like family when I'm going to the dentist. I feel so well taken care of and the staff are so delightful. Dr. Zirker is a fabulous dentist and now Dr. Warner brings his own care and kindness to the table too. The dentists, hygienists, assistants and staff are top notch here. We are blessed to have them all a part of our greater Idaho Falls Community.

At Zirker’s Family Dentistry, I actually enjoy going to the dentist! I have been going here for close to 10 years and I wouldn’t choose another dentist. The dental hygienists are THE BEST here. SO kind, fun to talk to, and I feel like I make a new friend every time I have an appointment. The staff is wonderful, and Doctor Zirker is one of the nicest people you’ll have ever meet and he will take the best care of you!

I give zirker family dentistry 5 stars they are all friendly and professional. i called them with a broken crown and they got me in asap I have new insurance and they called them and got it all set up so I didn't have to worry about it.. they are the best!! I'm glad I found them and you will be too! If you're looking for a new dentist office give them a call. You will be happy you did!

Loved the attentiveness of the staff! Timely yet quality service given with education regarding our questions and needs. This is a highly sought out dentist so it can get busy but it is because of the great service :)

Excellent appointment at Zirker Family Dentistry. Mariah did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Zirker thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Zirkers team and office are excellent! Their care is comprehensive and honesty is primary. From Dr. Z down through the entire staff, it’s the best dental office in Idaho Falls.

Highly recommend this dental office! I received some not so enjoyable services today and the hygienist was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The dentist is also very friendly. Very pleasant experience for what it was.

I found Zirker through a mailer special. The hygienist Cassity was gentle, friendly, and informative. Dr. Corey came in and spoke with me about my concerns and possible veneers. I look forward to receiving the information on both. I was very happy and pleased with the service all around. Great friendly environment. All Staff was wonderful.

Not only was the response from the owner classy, honest and empathetic, I actually received a personal phone call from Dr. Zirker today expressing his gratitude for my "honest" review of his operation as it relates to first time clients and first impressions. He was more than professional and really expressed his gratitude for the honesty in my review but also wanted me to know that he appreciates the review from the stand point that it can and will be used in future staff trainings to ensure new clients are put with "seasoned" staff members so new clients will have a great first impression. I have to say, Dr. Zirker's call to me created another client that will be back for many, many years to come! Many business owners would have taken my review as criticism and viewed it as negative. Not Dr. Zirker! He was so gracious and kind and that's why I am updating my review so others can know that the Dental Office DOES CARE and THEY DO FOLLOW UP and want each and every experience of their clients to be the absolute best! I appreciate you asking about my first impression of my visit for my dental exam/xray, cleaning and flouride treatment. As a graduate of the BYU Business Management program back in 1987, one thing I learned is that we only have ONE SHOT at a FIRST IMPRESSION. As it relates to new customers / clients, I've always done everything I can in my power with my customers and clients over the past 35+ years to ensure that their first impression was the best impression so I could ensure longevity and so I could reduce attrition. My experience at your clinic, while positive, was NOT the best impression. I'm really sorry to say this but the only way small business owners can improve is by doing exactly what you've asked me to do and that's to give. you my impression of my first visit. I was "assigned" to a dental hygienist who was "filling in" and "not familiar" with all the processes and procedures of your clinic as she was not a full-time employee but a "fill in" for the clinic due to shortage of staff, etc. She was so nice and I enjoyed her so much, however, my first impression was not what it should have been because I was a new client and a first time client to your clinic. I would have thought and enjoyed being treated by someone who didn't have to check with other hygienist to ask questions about certain things that she didn't understand, or to go to the front desk to ask about insurance questions, etc. Had I had the best impression, it would not have involved a new employee who was "just filling in" to be my hygienist. I never met Dr. Zirker as he was apparently teaching at the college but I did meet one of his partners who was very good and very thorough in his explanations, etc. I was just a little disappointed because my visit went 90 minutes long and sadly, I had to push to get my teeth polished and I had to push to get the Fluoride treatment because they said I needed an SRP (deeper cleaning) and werent' going to give me what I expected which was what my insurance said they would pay for and that was for: Xray's, Exams, Cleaning and Fluoride Treatment. Had I not pushed a little I would have left with only the Xray's and exam and nothing to clean my teeth or the Fluoride Treatment, leaving me with again, not the best in my FIRST IMPRESSION (which as we learn in business, is a LASTING IMPRESSION.) I realize dentists and doctors don't go to school to learn business but as a business man, I have higher expectations and expect that my first impressions will be the best they can be. The staff were all sweet as honey! Kudo's to all! I just think that you ALWAYS go the EXTRA MILE with your FIRST TIME clients to ensure REPEAT business, longevity, loyalty and good "word of mouth" advertising. I will be back but wanted to share my thoughts, since you asked. Thank you!

Stopped in to see if they could grind a tooth. I was going to make an appointment, but I was taken right back and an hour later I had a filling in the tooth that was rough. I had a cavity I didn't know was there. They are so competent and sweet. I have a huge fear of dental work. They made me feel at ease, and everything was great.

No waiting. I got the hygienist i arranged for. She was terrific.. She explained everything she was doing and just the right amount of detail. Great job.
Staff was very friendly. She went the extra mile to call my insurance company for me. She also explained my situation very clearly to me.
