First Street Storage Center

I have had a great experience renting a 10x10 here for over a year. The online auto-payment option has been great for me so I never miss a payment. I travel frequently for work, and each time I have been back to access my unit, everything is clean and feels safe. Management is very responsive to needs by email or phone and goes out of their way to help you if they can. They helped me arrange to have a storage/moving box delivered and even offered to be present for the cube delivery. 10/10 recommend First Street!

This has been an amazing experience. I have had an antique car stored here for months while I am living in a different state. Marco and Maylee run a very clean, honest and professional business. Every experience from setting up the contract, to the billing, to the calling to check on things has been pleasant. It's a "treat you like family" business. I highly recommend them.

We have a 29’ bumper pull camper and wasn’t sure where to take it. I called and talked to Marco and was able to complete all the paperwork over the phone and email. It was convenient that we could make our own pin to the gate. We could come and go as we please. The hours were great. We never had any issues. We were set up on auto pay which made it very convenient and would get an email before it was withdrawn. When it was time to cancel our RV spot, I called Marco and was able to complete the move out process over the phone and email. Great person/company to work with. I honestly never met Marco!!!

The people were very accomodating to my move in date. Very pleased with the unit itself as being clean & rodent free. No problems getting in & out. I would recommend 1st Street Storage Center to rent. NO outside water leakage into unit.

The people who run the place are extremely helpful and are even willing to work with you if you are sometimes late in payments. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

I live out of state and lost track of my payments. Once I called they were very easy to work with, 10/10 customer service.

Storage units are nice and clean. Gated area with code required for access to the property. Great service, friendly and helpful Management.

Marco is the Manager there and he is a really nice guy. He showed me all the units they have and I felt the prices were very reasonable. I will go there for all my future storage needs.

First Street Storage was very easy to rent a storage unit which was clean with easy access. Marco did a great job assisting me in finding an RV parking space.

Excellent service! I do gig work, so I know how important ratings are; if I could give a 6th star for 'above and beyond', I would!

Marco was a joy to work with, great communication, and easy to get a hold of (even responding to texts over the holiday weekend). We really appreciated how he worked with us in our unique situation, meeting our needs and being super understanding.

The units were well priced ($65 for a 10x10), clean, and secure. 24/7 access and lighted hallways made using our unit easy and safe. If we ever need to rent a unit again we will absolutely be going with First Street Storage!

Called multiple places around the area and they were all booked up with waiting lists. Front Street came through when I needed in a pinch. On top of everything and great customer service.

Management here is amazing! Totally helpful! No problems as long as I’d been here and I kept storage here for a bit more than a year. I’ve got nothing bad to say about it, totally recommend to anyone!

The facility is clean and the hallways are well lit. I like that they have management on site so your belongings are safe and secure. They offer storage at a very reasonable price. Marco is great and was very helpful when I had any questions or concerns. He is very responsive, whether it be through call, text, or email. I highly recommend First Street Storage Center!

I had an excellent experience with Marco and First Street Storage. Marco was really great and helped me get a 10x10 unit for the couple weeks I needed as I was moving. The unit itself was very nice and clean and was inside a gated area to keep everything safe. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in the Idaho Falls area.

These guys are awesome! The managers are great and offer great prices as well as customer service. I have had a unit here for a couple years now and have nothing but good to say about them! Great, newer units with smooth, easily opening doors. Clean and easy access - even with a truck and trailer.

Owner is very friendly and easy to work with. Was able to quickly set up a reservation for the day I needed it over the phone, they pro-rated my stay there, and then I was able to text them the day I was ready to move out. Units are behind a locked gate and you get your own number that allows you to enter. Owner lives on the property. My unit was easy to access and back up to with a 20 ft uhaul. All driveways were paved. Kind of pricey but worth it in my opinion for the good customer service, security, and cleanliness.

I rented a parking space here for about six months; the price was great and the management is awesome. If I ever have storage needs again I’ll definitely be coming back to First Street Storage. Five Stars all around!

Items stored stayed dry and protected. Facility updated twice in the short time we rented a unit. Easy convenient access and automatic payment. Fellow renters neighborly. Great customer service!
