Employees were very nice and went out of their way to help find and try out what I was looking for. Inventory selection was also great. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Stevens Pass area.

I had two experiences recently buying equipment and using my resort credit from last year. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. They know their products and prices are competitive.

The staff in this shop are wonderful and I never leave empty handed.

I bought some oakley goggles for work and sadly there was a defect with the lenses. The team at fall line helped me exchange them. It was a quick fix and they have alot of great products! Support the mtn store. Shop local!

So originally, I left a negative review due to a poor customer experience concerning one employee who was not friendly or particularly helpful. But out of respect for the other employees who work at Fall Line, and with whom I have had a couple positive interactions with, whether concerning a return or just browsing products, an adjustment to the review is warranted. Overall, I would recommend Fall Line to others as a good retail shop that offers an array of winter rec products with a friendly staff that is mostly helpful (one exception in my experience).

They're sucking your blood. purchased Burton gloves, REI $50, here $90, (understand it's resort store, could a bit higher; but it almost doubled) broken in first use and refuse refund. The manager has good smile when you purchase and walk away when you come for refund and let the young lady tell me the ridiculous reason.

When I arrived at Steven's Pass Ski Resort on January 10th and was in need of some assistance with a piece of equipment. I approached a young man named Greg in the store. He was not interested in helping me and just rudely walked away from me. Horrible customer service.

Rule number one when in Stevens, rent your gear in advance in Seattle or the way to Steve’s pass. In the local rental, The line during weekends frequently exceed 1 hour (1.5h today), staff is slow and not empathic at all with customer frustration, and skis are +30% more expensive at least. You’ll need that money to afford the 111$ ride pass (including the -25% online purchase discount).
