My daughter has been a member since her senior year. She loves the sport and she loves Drew and his crew. They have encouraged her, adapted moves to accommodate her strengths, and she has a blast every-time she attends. MHJJ are easy to work with and professional. I appreciate that Drew is always looking out for his students, ensuring maneuvers are being practiced in a safe manner.

I’ve been training here since June of 21. I think the instruction and pace is perfect for beginners and advanced students alike. Jiu Jitsu is a great full body work out as well! I highly recommend this school for anyone interested in BJJ.

Great place to meet new friends and get a great full body workout. It’s definitely built my self confidence and gave me some good knowledge on defending myself.

The kids class is not really suited to beginners, so be aware of that if you have a beginner. My son was five with no experience in jiu jitsu. The kids class goes up through elementary age and he couldn’t really integrate into the flow of things. It was so intimidating for him he never wanted to go back. But that was just not a fit for him. My low rating relates to my billing experience. The owner told me there would be a free trial class but when my husband took my son for his first class, they made him pay for a month and enroll in auto pay in order to participate. When we never went back, we continued to be charged - two months total. I had made the erroneous assumption that because we didn’t go back after our trial class, we weren’t going to be charged. I guess that was my bad, but they never called to ask why we weren’t coming for an entire month - or at all since our trial class. They refused any kind of refund. It wasn’t the customer service I was expecting or am used to. Just beware about their billing policy.
