Really beautiful views, and a nice place to walk at sunset. Right off Highway 101.

A beautiful vista point for photos! There is a steep and rocky trail to get down to the beach. Might be challenging for those who need accessibility or have small kids with them.

If you are traveling south on the 101. This is where the incredible views of the rugged southern Oregon coast begin. Also this is the only public restrooms along the 101 until Ophir beach

Absolutely gorgeous! Went as low tide was happening, so we could go down to the holes in the rocks and caves. The people and dogs were all very friendly and interesting. I also managed to find a couple great rocks for my collection. Easy path to the beach if that's where you want to go.

Such a beautiful view of the ocean and sea stacks even if you don't get out of your car in the parking lot. There's a visitor center, bathrooms, foot wash station, benches, trails, and a really cool drinking fountain!

This. Park. Was. So. Cool! You can get up close to some sea rocks, explore a gorgeous beach, and enjoy the ocean. What more can you want?

This scenic historic Rock invites youth to climb it. You can enjoy the beautiful beach nearby for a long walk too. The parking lot museum and information center tells of a great occurrence between settlers and native Americans at the Rock.

Beautiful scenery for a small hike down to the beach. Love how you can see the different ranges of the mountains. Wish we could of had stayed longer.

This stop was on our way back from the Redwoods. It was a last-minute stop. It was well worth it. My daughter and I climbed to the top. What a view! There is a grave up there as well. What a great historic stop.

Great wayside Park with toilets, good parking and a historical marker. The views are excellent, but don't wear a hat because it's usually very windy. It's absolutely worth stopping.

The park is small but we had a lot to see/do, there was a place to walk on the beach, plus the "cliff" you could climb up on, and on the other side of this "cliff" there are a lot of starfish on the rocks which was a first for our family. It is a lovely place.

Stunning views! Fun climb up the grassy rock overlooking the ocean.

Climbed to the top of Battle Rock for a phenomenal view and the headstone of Jake Summers. Absolutely worth the climb, but coming back down to the beach can be a doozy.
The beach itself is nice, the wind doesn't seem to be as bad there. Plus you can see Humbug off to the south. This is a popular summer tourist spot.

One of my favorite parks on the Oregon Coast. The beauty is stunning. Clean beach that is nice to walk on and relax. Epic storms during Winter and Spring.

Lots of history, sad history but history. Take the time to read the signs. Imagine being stuck on that rock for days under attack. They did get away to come back with more men and whipped out the natives.

A gorgeous place to see. Great for playing on the beach, and taking a nice calm or wild drive! Water is fun and very safe, and hike up the rock is an amazing fun little activity to do whether by yourself, or with friends. One of my favorite places to go.

I get to enjoy this convenient pit stop on my way to work twice a week on my way to work in Brookings and Gold Beach. The view is never the same, but it's always beautiful!

Love this beach. You can enjoy it sitting in your car up in the parking lot or get down on it. Super low tide yesterday was fabulous.
