Very good service and food. We had spring rolls, chicken satay, rainbow tower and a rainbow roll. All very good and completely priced. Some nice interior touches for the place

This place is amazing and everything I want when I eat out. Speedy, helpful and professional service, great prices, fresh and tasty food in a quiet, clean, relaxing environment. I am so happy I found this place. I HIGHLY recommend, even if it's out of the way. It's the best! Thank you for a perfect lunch!

I have wanted to try this place out for a while and believe me I will be back! Not only was the food out of this world but the setting and the service was outstanding. It made for a wonderful date night with the hubby! :)

The curry here is fantastic. They have a range of spiciness options for whatever your tolerance is. It has become tradition that if I am coming here, I have to bring a bowl back for my roommate.

Very friendly, food was delicious. Good lunch deal on 3 rolls and filled me up.

We used to live in Fredericksburg and would often order from this restaurant. We loved the Shrimp in yellow coconut/curry sauce #4 hot and white rice. I always ordered this but with chicken. Excellent texture, spice, overall taste….we couldn’t get enough of this dish and probably ordered it 30 times in the three to four years we went there. Now we live across the country and simply CAN’T find anything as good. We will make a pilgrimage back one day..

The food was amazing and fresh. The customer service was excellent. They provided many different sushi 🍣options and lots of speciality options if you are on the adventurous side. The alternatives to sushi menu offered a lot of Thai choices which were very flavorful with excellent portion sizes. Definitely worth checking out.

We went at an off hour and still had great service and delicious food. Best Tom Kha soup in the area (I've been searching). The sushi is amazing as well! We took yellow curry to go for dinner and it's very fragrant and delicious. 🤤 Going back soon! We need to try more things. They have a large menu

The dishes here are amazing. The sushi chef was trained in Japan; it shows in taste and presentation. Prices are average which seems like a bargain for such delicious food and great service. Family owned and ran. You must visit this hidden gem.

My wife an I love having date night at Sakae! The sushi and sashimi is always fresh and delicious with many classic and unique options. The prices are very reasonable and there are always specials. There is plenty of seating and the staff are very attentive to the customers.

I love this place! The food is tasty and the service is great! All the ladies are really nice. The tom kha and crispy beef are some of my favorites. Also the calamari and Kani salad. We also love getting the sushi, everything has been great so far! This is our go to spot for sushi and Thai food.

Green Curry and Red Curry are bomb. Spring rolls are bomb. It's an hour drive home from here for me, and the food was still hot when I got home. 🔥 I ordered the 2 curry's with rice and spring rolls. I didn't know it also came with miso soup! $31 after tax and it's enough for my husband and I to each take a full meal for lunch the next day.

My wife and I go to Sakae at least twice a week. I love to order their Panang Chicken with rice and the pork rolls. My wife really likes their spring rolls and sushi. They have a huge selection for sushi and I have never had one that I did not like there. The service is top notch and they check on you frequently to make sure you have full drinks, that your empty dishes are removed quickly. Between the quality of the food and the wonderful service, this will always be our "go to" for my thai food or sushi and spring rolls!

Great food with lots to pick from! In the mood for sushi but someone else in your party isn't? No problem! They have lots of other options! Drunken noodles are delieicious but be ready for some heat too. The bang shrimp are one of my favorites and be sure to check out the specials posted in the front.

This was the only other sushi place I haven't tried in the area and I gotta say that this place is awesome. The Spider roll was delicious and I thought it was interesting that asparagus was in it. The eel roll, gyoza was also good. The salmon nigiri is the best I have had in a while. Definitely going back and would like to try their curry.

This place is great. I made the mistake of ordering takeout and thinking it was delivery. Not only did they remake the food for me (even though it was my mistake), but the food was delicious, and they were very gracious about the whole thing. Sakae is a really good restaurant to go to for your Thai-food or sushi fix! Thank you, Sakae!

First time there. Just opened in White Oak. Absolutely a great place. Kept a lot of bar set up from Steamers and turned it into a sushi bar. Thai food and Japanese. Beef, pork, shrimp chicken. I had the drunken noodles with shrimp and wife had the King and I. They give you 5 levels of HOT 0 to 4. i had the 2 which was just right, about 0.2 more and it would have been get me more beer and hurry. Great food. Wife agreed food was top notch. Must go. Prices to me were ok, we had Gyoza, our dinners, 2 wines, 3 draft beers (they have 12 different taps and all work). Total $66 before tip. Good by me. We live nearby.

They have the best tasting Thai food. The flavors are wonderful and large portions. I always take a to go box home. The curry is creamy and full of flavor. The Thai ice tea is great as is their fresh calamari! I have tried all the other Thai restaurants from Tyson Corner, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Fredericksburg. Sakae Thai is the best and highly recommended it!!
