I called Haynes Plumbing Service for an emergency water leak in our home. Haynes quickly responded with availability same day. TJ arrived at our house in less than half an hour. He was able to find our leak quickly and repair it. The job took about two hours to complete. TJ did an excellent job! He was courteous and professional and even took the time to answer questions about other concerns we had with our plumbing. When it came to the bill, being an emergency call, I expected the bill to be a lot higher than what it was. This was our second time using this company and I plan to call Haynes Plumbing in future for all of our plumbing needs.

Amazing experience with Junior! Our float on the ejector pump was bad which caused some water to backup. Was able to get him out same day and get the issue resolved in no time. Very knowledgeable and kind. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

Called Haynes plumbing about my broken tub nozzle and leaking 30 year old pipes, got immediate response and survey of my situation, upon survey of my plumping, it was pointed out that my water heater was 20 years old, and leaking too, I ask could it all be replace and have old tub replaced with new stand up shower and all the old pipes and water heater replaced in one visit, response was absolutely no problem. Haynes plumping sent out Steve Jackson. Steve Jackson in one and a Half day did it all, with absolutely a amazing and such a Professional job, that I just had to write a review......Next time I have any kind of Plumping issue, I will surely call Haynes Plumbing, got the number saved on my iPhone........Thank you Steve Jackson and your helper Kid Rock and Haynes Plumbing for the Professional Job, Wifey and I are very pleased and Happy...........

After numerous calls to other companies, I called Haynes on Monday, 01/08 at 3:30 pm, for a sewer line back up. Junior came over, cleared the line and found an electrical wire had been bored through our sewer pipe. As someone whose been in the trades since I was 16, I was very appreciative of his knowledge and honesty. Because of their fast response and great customer service, I did not hesitate to give them the job of fixing the damaged sewer line. I will be using Haynes for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

It's never a good thing when your hot water heater breaks. Haynes plumbing was able to be onsite and troubleshoot within 2 hours of me frantically calling. Steve cleared his schedule, ordered us a new hotwater heater, installed it and fixed a few other random plumbing issues all within less than 24 hours. He was extremely helpful, professional and saved me from a minor mental breakdown. We will ONLY be using and recommending Haynes to everyone we know for plumbing.

Tj Page provided prompt, professional service. He came to assess need to replace outside water valves /nozzles. The job was completed within 1 1/2 hours. Tj was friendly and answered questions as needed. Haynes Plumbing scheduled appt quickly, followed up with a reminder of appt and we would definitely call them for our next project.

Our water heater was at the tail end of its life (if not already past), so I looked at a number of different options online. Haynes Plumbing Services was extremely responsive, and I had an appointment booked on a day that was convenient to me. Their technician, TJ, came out, and he evaluated the situation both inside and out, and we discussed a number of different options. We went with one, and TJ was able to provide the follow-up installation extremely promptly. There was a mixup on parts prior to his arrival, and he notified me in advance of the original appointment window which was appreciated. TJ was excellent, the installation went smoothly, and I would definitely use Haynes Plumbing Services again!

My previous plumber retired and I neglected to find a new plumber. On Christmas Eve I had a plumbing emergency. Haynes is only company that answered my call. They dispatched Junior. This man is great. He knows his craft, and explains what and how and when. He can talk to anybody and he makes sure the client is satisfied before he leaves.
I have had Junior come back on a non-emergency call already and will use only him on my own home and my three rentals in the future.

Mr. Jacob, was very knowledgeable, his service was superb and waisted no time with making sure my new sump pump, was installed correctly, he explained everything he was doing to make me feel comfortable. TJ quoted us a fair and honest price to replace our 80 gallon water heater. He assessed the job at our home in the morning and came back the very same day to install. TJ and his crew were professional, tidy and finished the job in just a few hours. We would highly recommend TJ from Haynes Plumbing based on their honest estimate and quality of work.

Both our sump pump and the hydraulic backup pump failed two nights before Thanksgiving. It was raining pretty hard and we were worried that our basement was about to flood again. We contacted Haynes Plumbing for emergency service and they were extremely helpful. Even though he wasn’t able to come out to our home that night, Jacob responded to our call several times and answered all our questions to put us at ease. We were able to sleep that night : ) Jacob and his assistant came out first thing next morning to replace our sump pump and fix the backup system. We also had him replace our 20 year old hot water heater which he completed after Thanksgiving holiday. Jacob was very knowledgeable and professional. It was a great pleasure working with him. We’d definitely use Haynes Plumbing Services again.

Haynes is the BEST Something went wrong with our well system and our home warranty company basically screwed us . After multiple misdiagnosis from other companies we were at our wits end. Haynes sent Joshua and James out and just like that..we had an answer, we had a plan , we had action and now we have water again! The techs were friendly and very well mannered they explained everything in detail and even worked in the cold rain. We are so very grateful and will never use another company because we have found the best one . Thank you so very much y’all did such a great job.

We had a water break in the line from the house to the water meter. Using 20 gallons of water an hour! This team from Haynes plumbing work the entire day to fix the pipe the most secure and best way, digging, measuring and completed the job in one day. They filled in all the holes, added dirt, put fresh straw down and picked up the gear and you couldn’t tell where they had work. They doubled check the crawl space to ensure they left the area just like it was before they started work. Double check the gates to the fence so our dog wouldn’t get out and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. Hard workers, polite and knew how to do the job. They recommended we get an assessment down on our water bill, something I did not think of.

Jacob does a great job. He is highly skilled at his job and answered all our question. We appreciate his knowledge and expertise and learned a lot from him. We were given a window in when he would come and appreciate the phone call and texts advising he was on his way. When arranging a time for him to come out, the scheduler was very nice and scheduled everything quickly. Great customer service all around. Highly recommend Jacob and Haynes Plumbing.

The attention to detail by your company and the work ethic of Mr. Junior Johnson and his partner, ( sorry forgot his name) was the best service experience in my lifetime. I'm currently 74 so I've been around the block. Called first thing this morning because we were having an issue with no water coming out of our faucets in our house. We are on a well and, fearing our well pump or pressure tank had broke, I called Haynes. I got their after hours answering service, gave my information, and was told I'd get a call back when the office opened up at 8 AM. By 8:15, the office had called and got me scheduled same day. Junior arrived at my property with a trainee, they quickly assessed what was going on and let me know there wasn't a great cause for concern. We likely just overused our water system which caused the well pump to go into thermal overload. We just need to keep an eye on it. So, water is working, and all is well now. Thank you Junior!

I will definitely be calling them back if we have any other issues.
