Honest opinion, I have came in the store twice before every single time nobody wanted to speak. There was one time when I a young lady was extremely helpful. I came in the store a third time to see if she was there her name was Courtney. customer service is perfection, she helps me with every question I need definitely will recommend her if you go.

I had a terrible time with Customer Service!! I had no idea what to do! On the random I stop at the brafferton location the I must say the Teamis on POINT!!! It starts with the the Manager Kailey!! She greeted me and made me finally feel like I was being heard!! Care just didn’t understand but she is AMAZING!! First she fixed my problem with my bill, then after she fixed my account she told me about the amazing Black Friday deals!! I don’t mind paying if I’m getting my money’s worth, free Netflix and Apple TV!! Free line too some discounts she gave me!! If you visit this store ask for the Kailey special ad they will hook you up!!! Thank you Team Brafferton for all your help and making me T-Mobile FOR LIFE!!!

I went in to inquire about switching over but this young gentleman named Elmer. He was very respectable and knowledgeable. He made the process super easy and understandable. I would highly recommend anybody to go see Elmer.

The manger here Kailey is awesome! She helped me and my family get hooked up and saved us some money!! I would recommend her to all of my friends & family & anyone in Stafford!

We went to T-Mobile store on Garrisonville Rd and Donald took care of us. Wife need an iPhone case and Donald went above and beyond getting the case in a timely manner before our big move.

I got Excellent Service from this location. Here's the scenario:

My phone would not hold a charge. Also, in order to even charge the phone, the charger port had to be reinforced by electrical tape to allow the charging cable to stay in the charger port and make contact with its elements.

What? Insurance? Yah, I had that 360 thing, but my issue, I was told by unsympathetic and numerous call centers was, "not covered" and the ever helpful (not) we're going to assist you by "passing the call to anywhere but our department." But I digress.

Fortunately for me right up the street on Garrisonville, is a superior TMobile store. My interactions with Mr. Jordan, Ms. Alia, Mr. Rangel and Mr. Juan were all epically superb. Mr. Jordan assisted me with activation of my new device and made it truly painless. Ms. Alia (new hire) commiserated and offered insites and helpful suggestions and Mr. Rangel I consider my technical advisor he ensured I made sound technical/phone decisions.

Mr. Juan was instrumental in helping minimize my stress level over a 2 week period while I waited for my new phone from another Vendor. His customer service skills are second to none. I know. I have spent hours in that store. Their dedication to customer service, product knowledgeability, empathy and teamwork was and is phenomenal.

Soooo...if you'd like to be treated like an adult AND you go in to the store acting like an adult, in spite of your frustration with the faceless voices at call center customer support, make sure you support this location. I will.

Went in last night because my phone wasn't working properly. Within minutes, Donald had figured out that it was the fault of the screen protector. He replaced it and now my phone, which I was beginning to really hate, is working fine. Donald is always a pleasure to work with, has a great attitude, and will get to the root of any issue. T-Mobile is very lucky to have him.

Huge shout out and thank you to Isaac at T-Mobile at the Brafferton Shopping Center at 325 Garrisonville Road, Stafford!! His knowledge and expertise made the process of upgrading my phone seamless. I was most impressed though by his customer service. He was pleasant, friendly, and conversational. His goal was to make sure that he took care of everything I needed regarding my new phone, and he succeeded. This level of customer service is so rare these days, that I had to give a review. If you need T-Mobile assistance, do yourself a favor and ask for Isaac!

I had to wait, 15 minutes. I noticed, there was one employee, for new accounts. He was friendly, he knew what to do, and he had to juggle, customers, moved along very smoothly.
I wish I could remember the managers name, the one who took care of me.

So we had an issue where our plans were switched to a more expensive one due to a family member’s misunderstanding and language barrier (yes, he should’ve told everyone first). However, we can’t afford this plan as of right now, and we barely even use half of our data in our original plan. We explain everything to the guy helping us and he made everything as painless as possible by calling customer care himself. He even got chairs for us to sit in while we waited since the phone lines were extremely busy during this hour. He eventually managed to contact someone and get the supervisor who kindly reversed the plan for us (it was only 2 weeks so that played a part on top of our data usage). Very simply and tactfully done and faster than I expected too. Wonderful customer service representative and really friendly to chat with too.

I’d recommend giving this location a try if you’re feeling put off on other T-Mobile stores. Yes, the wait is long, but at the very least, this one actually didn’t waste my time and I didn’t have to go home and resolve it through a phone call.

I went to get help with my new phone setting up and transferring apps and data, so very helpful and solved my problem, and informed me about the military deals. Wow, I had no idea. So awesome experience. I'll definitely go back soon for the deal, lol military deserve all we can get, after all, we served our great country proudly. Recommend the store highly. Mitchell Magee.hi

The service from Sam & Jeff was ABSOLUTELY AMAAAAAAAAAZING!!! My family & I LOVED it from the time we walked in until we left!! The service by Sam was SOOOOOOOO AMAAAAAAAAAZING that we are still talking about it!! Sam provided us personal service and we felt like VIPs!😃. The service felt so personalized! As promised, Sam said that my daughter’s new iPhone would arrive by today & it did! My husband & daughter are THRILLED with their new phones, and Sam’s SUPERIOR customer service made it that much better!! Sam.is.GREAT!!! This is the ONLY T-Mobile store we will ever go to! Amazing new phones!! I highly recommend these guys!!!

Quick, courteous, knowledgeable and professional help. I wish I asked the young lady's name because she was phenomenal. In a day of dying customer service, this young lady was awesome!

We heard about t-mobile's veterans offer and since Verizon & at&t rob you blank and I am really tired of dealing with either of them and their shady actions, we decided to go check it out. The staff was super friendly and walked us through the process step by step. We were not able to get everything done to finish the process right away as we were missing paperwork, however our rep was amazing. She made sure we were able to get in touch with her at anytime to make sure we would be able to finish the process. We did end up having a couple issues (coming from within the company, not the Stafford branch!!) and while not gonna lie, they were a tad inconvenient, I would still do it over and over again because in my entire life I have not had a single representative so involved in our case, so caring beyond and always making sure WE would be taken care off and left with no disadvantages, like the t-mobile guys here in Stafford. I have worked for a large company myself and know how easy mistakes happen. But when you get an unexpected high bill, instead of freaking out, heart racing to the top in anxiety you just tell yourself "eh, I'll go to the store, my sales rep will take care of it", you know you are in the right hands and customer service is spot on. My recommendations are 100%

I went to the store and was helped by Maria. I had a variety of problems. Some problems were because of me, some were my phone, and some were simple problems caused by me not knowing what I was doing. She patiently helped me through every issue until I was satisfied. What a great employee!!! This store will be my first stop as long as she is there.

I came into this location requesting assistance for the switch to T mobile deal. I had issues getting on the site and moving forward on the site. Lindsey took the extra time to contact Customee Care herself to find another avenue to help me out. Meanwhile she was assisting another associate with his customer and didn’t even seemed moved or flustered with being inundated with customers. I have been in many Cell Phone stores, and Lindsey by far has provided the best customer service and has so much patience. Thanks T Mobile for providing excellent customer service training to your mangers/associates. Lindsey rocked it!

I was in and out with my data transfer over onto my new phone as well as being transfer from Sprint network/towers to Tmobile's. It was stress free !!!!

The staff here was super attentive and personable. They made sure to help me with all my issues and even helped explain the nuances of my bill, and even helped me get stuff off my account that I didn't know were on there. They are very helpful and knowlegable of the best way to help someone out.
