Excellent baked goods and in particular the delicious breads!

I love bread and Raven bakery makes some of the best I ever had. Fresh ingredients, complex flavors, and nice texture. Yummy! 😋

Sophie and her team are always friendly when we visit, and it’s so hard to pick what pastries to try, they’re all delicious. The volkenbrot is dense and great for sandwiches or with a spread. Love the day old options to get more bang for your buck, day old scones will still taste great 3 full days after baking

Bought a loaf and a current bun, divine! It's not a sweet bakery like maybe some folks like but for me, it's perfect. Staff wonderful, the owner was there and friendly - engageing even tho I'm sure she has 1001 things to do. We stumbled on it by a happy accident. Would definalty go back again. If you like hearty and wholesome, this is the place.

I bought two day old sandwich loaves, and I was a little dubious as they were quite dark on the outside and felt hard to the touch.. once I got them home I cut into one and it was phenomenal... Dense moist crumb with an incredible wheat flavor, the crust is a bit hard still. But perfect with just a touch of salted butter. Apricot tart was also lovely

This is one of the best bakeries I have ever been to. The pastries are so balanced with deep flavor and the perfect sweetness. The level of care that goes into each item is clear and I also love the rustic whole grains they use in their hearty loaves. This is a must stop if you are passing through Bellingham!

This bakery is phenomenal! I've tried multiple things, a loaf of rye bread, a cinnamon knot, fig scone and the brown butter shortbread cookies. Everything has been absolutely perfect, I can't wait to try more! So happy I found this bellingham gem.

Awesome bakery with high quality bread and cookies, I really enjoyed it and they opened the place for us after hours so we can buy some stuff which was really cool. Highly recommended!

I'm not sure why, but my experience was different from others posting here. I visited on a Thursday afternoon, maybe that was why? I just wanted a little something. There wasn't much to choose from, but it was an odd hour. I chose the cinnamon knott pastry, which was hard and not fresh.
