Debbi was very helpful with the time we had with her. Working out some details regarding filing an extension on our business taxes, Then Scott appears from the back room…
He came across very rude, stating “we don’t have a lot of time for this” All we were doing is working out the amount to write a check for the extension…
As rude as he came across my wife and I decided to seek assistance elsewhere.
