Best place in town. All of the staff are friendly, selection is good, and the store is always very clean.

I always have good customer service at the meat department, cashier's, coffeeshop, and their donuts are good.

Truly a nice store! Well kept and clean. Their Deli and hot case food is one of the best around, huge selection and very fresh. I’m not sure if I’m getting her name correct but I think it was Bryanne running the deli area was incredibly friendly and helpful! The whole store has a great selection and good prices

They’ve really upped there meat department, the new guys running it have really 360 the place and there extremely friendly and willing to help you out tremendously. There fresh produce is also much appreciated.

Definitely a good idea to build the store in this part of the world, I understand I relatively New here, Good products and services, prices are fairly reasonable, since they're bringing the products closer to the people who live here

It’s great to have a store in Okanogan. Staff is great, selection is awesome as well. The bakery has become my favorite part of the shop. They do excellent work. A few dozen donuts and a few cartons of Free Bird is a go to during crunch time at work.

There was a great selection and good prices. I saw lots of healthy foods, and of course quite a bit of convenience food. I haven't been in this store since I was a kid, but it seems like it's still a great place to buy your groceries.

Best thing to happen to this town.

Update: thanks to the competency of the managing staff, this place has only gotten better.

Although going to Omak for the slightly cheaper overall shopping, I prefer to go to the IGA for it's excellent selection of everything I need-- from produce to pasta. Finally, the meat sales here are incredible. Not only can you get huge quantities of locally raised, grass fed beef, but you can also get it for significantly less than anyone else offers.

I love this store. It is always clean, stocked, and the staff is super helpful. The deli is way better than Wal-Mart's too. Not quite Safeway's standard, but they are cheaper.

I went in and what an awesome grocery store. There was a lady doing work in the veggie dept, and I asked her if you had cut up fruit. She was sooo nice and took me right to it. I will be back. Thank you so much :)

1000% Better than Wally world!!! Real butchers, checkers, and decent prices. I've come to agree to pay a couple pennies more for a positive shopping experience and not fall victim to corporate greed.

Still my favorite grocery store. In particular, the meat department is spectacular. Quality of the meats is amazing. The flavor is amazing. They have a great selection of specialty brands.

Bakery Department: We ordered a cake for our June wedding with Rebecca and she did such an amazing job! I will be ordering all future cakes from her. The service and communication was great and the cake itself was beautifully decorated with textured tiers and so so delicious!! My family and friends loved it and asked for more! I ordered a 4 tiered wedding cake enough to feed 180 people. The price definitely beat the competitors quotes throughout the valley! Very satisfied!

This is my new favorite grocery store in the whole dam county. I've recently moved to okanogan and really really enjoy shopping for my grocery needs here. There's a really good locally sourced coffee stand inside, the deli is awesome and the donuts..... ah the donuts. They are delightful! The staff at the store arnt all up in your buisnes which is nice. It allows folks to shop in peace

I had a minor issue. The price still showing in the store on the yogurt was from an expired sale. The manager honored the sale price. The issue was resolved quickly. Great customer service! A store is defined by how they handle little situations like this.

All cities and towns should have a place to go get a selection of groceries. Especially when they don't have a vehicle, low income, handicapped and for the elderly. I watch many of these people walking by everyday to go to IGA. It's a great way to stay healthy.
It's a clean store and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. To top it off... they put on great sales .Especially when they have the truck load meat sale.
IGA has helped many kids (I'm pretty sure) not have to go without daily essentials. As I see them walking every day. Thank you IGA😍👍

I love that they have a coffee shop and kombucha on tap. Employees are friendly and they have a few cute car style carts to shop with the little ones. I like that avocados are cheaper here than the othe stores. The meat and seafood section is well stocked and with reasonable prices. They also give a free piece of fruit for children, how kind and generous is that!
