I cannot believe the amazing customer service I received during my visit to get glasses and contacts!! Upon entering the store, I was quickly greeted with hellos and smiles from the ladies working that day. I must’ve come at the right time because as I walked in, everybody had just finished up caring for their customers, so I had plenty of help to choose from. Being the first to say hello to me as I enter the store, I naturally gravitated towards Mrs Linda . Not only was Mrs Linda, very knowledgeable of everything that she showed me, but she took the time to explain everything in great detail as I was dealing with new insurance and a new store. I typically don’t get five star reviews because there’s always a flaw somewhere in the line, but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to brag on this lady! She walked me through step-by-step of the insurance breakdown and what exactly I would be paying that day to make sure that I understood, and if I had any questions, she made sure to answer them. Not only did I great-looking glasses, but I left with confident in my choice of eye glass stores!
I can say that I am very pleased with the service that I received! I also have to add that the store was very clean, tidy, and very well taken care of!!
Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting the store and working with Mrs Linda if you have any eyewear needs!

I saw three employees here, the doctor, the office manager, and another lady who gave me my class on how to wear contacts. They were all extremely kind and professional. On top of that, I lost one of my contacts and absolutely couldn't find where it had rolled too. I went in again and they gave me no hassle and gave me another pair without charge. Highly recommend

My son broke his glasses while playing. She looked up my account, looked at the glasses and said, "no problem". The entire visit was less than 4 minutes. She could give a class on customer service. I will continue giving all my buisness to Vista.

I have been mad but i dont know if i have ever been this level of mad! The older lady with the fuzzy bleached blonde hair needs a class in de escalation, curtesy, and not to cut off people talking. There were so many points that rubbed me wrong. While i was getting more upset instead of de escalation she decided to SMILE and LAUGH at me. This got me madder obviously. I also got madder when i was trying any way to get my stuff handled and she commented about me commiting fraud or making her commit fraud. No i asked questions desperate! Because we cant afford a whole nother set of glasses and warranty! Instead she tilts her nose up like shes better than me. Just because im a dependent does not mean i should be treated like trash! In my opinion she needs a good talking to and placed where she cant interact with costumers until she learns to de escalate and NOT LAUGH AT CUSTOMERS WHO ARE ALREADY MAD! Godbless.

The doctor and lady who work the front desk for that section are SUPER NICE, but boy oh boy are some of the ladies who work in the glasses area RUDE. Linda in particular was condescending the entire time, talking down to us and arguing about our own insurance when SHE couldn't figure it out in the system. Also not particularly amazing at explaining the features of the lenses beyond "this is a tier 1, and this is a tier 3." No actual explanation of what differentiates them to justify the jump in price, and when asked to clarify, acted offended. If you work in customer service and can't handle a customer asking a question politely, then maybe that job isn't for you. All this just the tip of the iceberg of the repeated cold treatment I received in the glasses section. I noticed a markedly different treatment of other customers, so it does make me wonder if there was some degree of singling out occuring? Either way, I did NOT feel welcomed at these facilities and advise any prospective customers to be wary of coming here.

I ordered glasses from there $471 a 13 months ago I have been taking them back for problems because they don't stay on since the first month, then 2 days later they are back useless again. Then in November they finally replaced the glasses. These have the same problem. I took them in today and the manager sed if I want to renew my prescription as it expired November 28th
Then i ian get different ones!!!!. What a SCAM!
